Amazing service! I appreciate the extra mile Shawn went to come in on his days off to help retrieve a toy my children dropped down the vents. i highly recommend, he has amazing customer service, very friendly! Will be booking a furnace and vent clean asap!

Had Arrow do my furnace, top shelf service and job. He provide pictures before and after. had them brush the vents as I hadn't had it done yet and they sparkle! 5 stars!

Very professional & knowledgeable staff. Were able to clean my heating system & found more garbage & debris in vent lines even though I’d had another company clean my vents several yrs ago.Was amazed at how quite the furnace runs now & how clean the house stays with the ducts clean.Awesome job

I’ve had 2 services performed, full duct cleaning during peak season with 3 dogs and a newborn... and chimney cleaning also during peak season the following year with 3 dogs and a toddler...Booking appointments was simple, communication was easy...I prefer text messages and email transfers..I love companies that will do this!The owner and his staff are polite, professional, efficient and pleasant to have working in your home. I would strongly recommend this company, I’ve been extremely happy with both of the services and prices..I will continue to use them exclusively.10/10 no complaints.

Had a long overdue clean that was needed. I was able to set him up and leave him do his work, when I came back I was thoroughly impressed with how efficient the work was. He was able to educate me about my furnace also. The price and the quality of work were top notch!! Highly recommend
