I had an amazing experience. I placed an order online on Friday morning which was 30th and I needed a pie dish urgently, but seeing such a great sale, I ordered other things as well. I called up to confirm when can I pick up the order, to which the lady said it will take some days as they have a lot of orders and short on staff. I explained her my urgency to which she willingly helped me and asked me to come before 9 and pick my entire order (which wasn't short). We went there and our order was ready, my husband didn't like the glasses I ordered so the lady quickly exchanged the glasses as well. She was very sweet. I want to give her a shout out for her friendly nature, very respectful, supportive and understanding. I loved the customer experience which she did admirably well. Her name was Tracy. thanks Tracy and keep up this attitude.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have seen in my entire life. Thank you Susan for making my shopping experience the worst yet. Staff is rude and doesn't seem to actually want to help any customers.

Why do stores try and sell you things you don't when when trying to pay for the things you do want?

Came here to exchange a defective item that I'd purchased online.Service was very friendly and efficient, and the exchange process was easy.Was surprised to find that the item I'd purchased had a 2 year over-the-counter exchange warranty.No complaints apart from the fact that they need to open up more stores!

While in store shopping is okay, the website is terrible. Item availability is not accurate. Items ordered were not shipped as they claimed no stock three weeks after placing the order. Customer service does respond and my gift card has never been credited for items not shipped. A terrible and frustrating experience.

I had a wonderful experience today as I’ve been meaning to get a new set of everyday dishes. I’ve been on this website to order on line and just could not decide. Today I walked in at Mapleview Mall and was greeted by a lovely lady that told me about the friends and family sale. Then as I was perusing the dish sets I heard a voice and turned to see Carole...a wonderful person that just emits caring energy. She easily found what I needed in the back room with the manager (who is also lovely and her name escapes me) and both offered that I pull up on the back door for easy transport into my car. I am over top with the service and smiles I received today from the entire staff at this location. Oh and we LOVE our new dishes (hubby approved)

Great modern selection of items. Better than kitchen plus especially when it comes to the Glassware.

I went to return this product to Mapleview Center in Burlington on Friday morning in October. I had packed things properly and tried to return them. The Associate/Cashier (big white lady with curly hair) said you opened and washed it, now returning it, I can't put it on a shelf or sell it. I explained the issue with the product and how it is still under return policy, but she was loud, aggressive, and upset about my product return. I have all valid reasons to return the product. She kept saying I check all the items, open all the boxes in front of the customer, and then give the product. I said you shouldn't even sell this cheap quality product and you are talking about putting on the shelf and reselling it. It was a very unpleasant experience with this girl, she was rude and very disrespectful. I am hoping Stokes/ThinkKitchen management looks into better training for their customer-facing employees and talks to this girl about her behavior with the customer. I will not go to this store again, thought of giving business to locals, but not worth it.

I went to buy kitchenware last week. I bought a wok pan after being highly recommended by an employee while looking around other items. She said it was non-stick, and when I came home and tried it, It wasn't non-stick and the quality was so bad that I couldn't use it anymore. I stopped by today to try return it, but They said..not possible to return or exchange the used items. Bad Customer Service!!! I was so disappointed.
