I'm new to the area. The service and friendly faces were wonderful! Being female, sometimes service is not great...but here, I felt welcome and appreciated. The friendly chit-chat also made me feel like I mattered. Thank you very much!

This location is very well ran. It has great customer service, fair pricing & does great quality work. This is proven by how busy they are most days and you often need to book a week or two in advance. But they will always fit you in for an emergency flat repair & the like. I have always been happy with their service, pricing & workmanship.

I am a ForestryTech, based in Revelstoke. You guys have hooked us up with a couple of re-tourques (after tire service in Revy,) and some top ups for air. The service has always been great, even though we technically haven't spent a single penny at your location. But the great service makes me want to support your shop, as you guys help keep the wheels turning for our Forestry industry. Keep up the good work boys

We got a flat around 4pm on Saturday. Got into cell range around 4:30 and got ahold of Kal Tire in Nakusp, Thomas was very helpful and stayed around to install the new tire - the shop closed at 5 and we didn't get there until 5:35. So thankful for the excellent service, thank you so much for getting us back on the road Thomas!

My wife and I were passing through Nakusp, B.C. on July 4th after spending the night at Nakusp Hotsprings campground. When we started our truck the low tire pressure indicator alerted us to a problem; it turned out to be a screw in a rear tire. We limped our way out to the main highway looking for cell service, once online, my wife called Kal Tire and let them know what was going on. They told us they can have a look right away. Within minutes of our arrival the tire was off and being repaired. 30 minutes later it was back on.When my wife was ready to pay, she was informed that the tire repair was On the House"
