Best Bike Shop in Toronto!!! Ask for Alex!I will start by sharing that I have purchased 4 bikes from this location, their entire staff is amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you. In my latest experience, I had the pleasure of meeting Alex - we needed help getting our new Trek FX1 home and had asked the shop for help in getting our trunk bike rack set-up (we had troubles) - Alex not only assured us that he would be happy to help, but proceeded to set this thing up in the pouring rain and in the middle of a storm. Alex was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and even gave us pointers during the set up so that we were confident in taking apart and re-assembling, my only mistake is that i did not purchase the rack directly from Spokes & Sports.If you're looking for a bike, new equipment, or servicing your existing bike - i couldn't recommend this shop any more, by far best bike shop in all of the GTA - thank you Alex!

Amazing customer service! Over the past six months I’ve had an ongoing issue with a pair of curling shoes and Alex has been wonderful to deal with. He’s advocated on our behalf to the company that made the shoes and expertly stick handled the back and forth with the company. As a customer that’s huge and I’ll 100% be returning and recommending the store to others looking for equipment. Thank you Alex and Spokes and Sports!

Had both my bikes serviced by Jordan after having beaten them up on a 1000km ride. Both had new brake pads/discs, chains and general cleaning. All done in a couple of days and great price. Will always bring them here for servicing. Great friendly staff and service

5-star service! I needed a replacement tube, tire and wheel true up and Alex had me in and out quick. The price for the services I needed was very fair and I was impressed overall.While waiting for what I needed, I could also hear some of the other customer interactions and I could tell the guys at Spokes and Sports are the kind to really go the extra mile for their customers. Very accommodating, and I’m glad to see a local shop that’s doing it right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely go to them for any future needs!

I was in the market for a new bike - my visit(s) couldn't have gone better. While doing my preliminary search, I learned that there are a very limited number of places where you can actually try your bike before buying it. Spokes and Sports is one of them. From the first visit where Jonathan and Dan helped me whittle down my selection and then patiently raised and lowered seats and handlebars so I could try riding various bikes out on the neighbouring streets, to the eventual collection of the chosen bike with Alex, all went smoothly. Alex made sure I knew how to do all that needed to be done with the bike before taking it home. He demonstrated how to remove and replace the front tire, raise and lower the seat etc. and then watched me perform the tasks until I could do them unassisted. He checked that my helmet was fitted properly too. Jed helped me secure my new mirror when I went back to add one on. From start to finish, everything went beyond excellent service. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else if I was in the market for another bike.

The people here are the actual best. They are so understanding with the issues I’ve had with my bike and are so affordable. I’ve noticed that they move quickly and efficiently when doing the repairs and do it all with a smile. I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and finding a place when I move down the line will not be fun. If you need something done, ask for Alex, Dan or Craig. They are amazing.

We always get our bikes services at Spokes and Sports. Recently we brought in a very old cottage bike that we loved from the '70's. Jordan worked tirelessly to refurbish the bike and now it is in amazing shape! He was very thoughtful about what to replace and made sure we had the most cost effective quality tune up possible. Cannot recommend enough!!!
