Confederation Trail Bike Rental Adventures

I was so let down by this experience. After paying $30 for an hour bike ride. About 20 minutes into the ride I realized the tire was flat. After calling the business number listed on the bike we were greeted by a rude and sarcastic man that came across as unprofessional. He seemed very annoyed that we had called and asked several times if we were calling the right number. We waited 20 minutes for a replacement bike, which was no problem. We then arrived 35 minutes past our 1-hour mark, which we assumed would be okay since we had spent 20 of those minutes waiting and were given a faulty bike. Once we returned the man automatically charged us for the full day since we went over the 1-hour mark. After we asked the reason for the price increase he was overall very condescending towards us, as two young women.Edit: it will not let me reply but yes your many sarcastic comments did come across as very rude and unprofessional to both me and my sister. I was certainly not satisfied when I left and I did question/comment on the price difference. I will take the refund for the price difference for both of our tickets as I do believe we were overcharged.There is another reviewer that described a similar experience a couple of years ago… and some people may have just not spoken up

The Shoreline trail toward Morrell is beautiful. It is not a hard trail by any means. This gravel bike path that is flat and wide enough for two bikes wide. Lots of nice bridges and scenic points.The bike shop is a perfect location. Park the car and get on the bike and go. Friendly service.That being said don't expect new bikes. The bikes are well used, don't have comfortable seats and squeak due to a lack of maintenance. It would be better if more maintenance could be put into the bikes such as proper air pressure and greasing them up.

Excellent! My husband and I rented bikes for a full day and had an incredible time biking through the trails. Stunning views, trails, boardwalks and beaches! Ed was extremely friendly and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a safe and fun ride. I would highly recommend Confederation Trail Bike RentalsAdventures to all! A must do if you visit PEI!

Super friendly staff. Lots of bikes to choose from. Pointed us onto an amazing route around the island with stops at ship wreck point and came back down the confederation trail. Took a out 5 hours round trip.

This was one of the most memorable things we did during our stay in PEI. Ed accommodated our every need and was willing to help us out with true PEI hospitality. He went above and beyond making us feel right at home! The bike along the peaceful road is something remarkable to see and the Greenwich trails and beach are outstanding! Thank you for such a great day out on the bikes! Stop by the shop after your bike to grab some personal ball markers or even a drink and cookies!

Rented an e-bike, even though it was expensive the ride was fun.Bike kept throwing an error code but a few reboots cleared it up.

Great experience. The person who attended was very easygoing and professional. Bikes are good and quite new. The trails around are really amazing. We rode all the day. Highly recommended.

Just had an awesome day biking, with the help of the owner and his staff member, Lynn. I want to thank them for our rental bike ride being a highlight of our vacation in PEI.
