I get a new pair of glasses almost every year and have tried out many optical stores. This one by far has the best service and efficient, friendly staff. I had an issue with my prescription that was the doctors’ error, but they were happy to support without extra charges

I have been with Eyesmart for over 12 years. They used to affiliate with Ivan Optical. The staffs are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Felix is the rep who helps my whole family selecting glasses. I recommend this store, obviously Felix as well.

Excellent COVID protocols at First Markham Place mall. they measure your temperature and put a huge sign for hand sanitizers at the front door. They got sooooo much selection and displays glasses nicely and neatly, easy to browse.
