Do not park here. They will incorrectly clamp your vehicle and not release it until fine paid. If only zero star reviews existed.

It's a gravel lot that charges $6/hr. I believe you need to have a smartphone - you can do a quick QR code scan that launches an online form to fill in. We used Apple Pay, seemed straight forward enough. We were there just after lunch, for a visit to the Discovery Center. Probably not my first choice of parking in the area.

Convenient, but egregiously expensive tickets

Signages are not visible especially at night. This place is not a public parking operated by the city and you can’t pay online using hotspot like all other parkings in the waterfront area. You can’t pay either using cash since there is no machine. If you get your car booted, because you did not figure out how to pay due to poor instructions, it will cost you $115. DO NOT PARK HERE ! And good luck to find a spot in this area during busy hours like weekend nights.

This pay to park is an absolute scam and I wouldn’t park there again if my life depended on it. I parked at 5:37 pm, paid the weekend daily rate of $6 (the only option I was offered at the time of payment besides a monthly rate). Apparently, I was to pay again at 6pm because the daily rate ends at 6pm. My only option would have been to wait until 6pm to pay again or to leave in the middle of dinner to go back. It also wasn’t clear on the website that you had pay again at 6pm. They booted my car at 6 pm (after I paid at 5:37) and made me pay $115 fine to them or else they wouldn’t remove the boot. DO NOT PARK HERE! I can guarantee it will only ruin your day. Absolutely terrible business.
