On The Mend Massage Therapy & Wellness Centre

I called 35 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening. There was no hesitation to immediately address my concerns about the neck pain I had described. I rushed to attend the location and was greeted with what felt like open arms lol. I received a 30 minute massage from Gina that relieved the headache I was dealing with all day, my neck pain had also subsided due to receiving this massage from what I would describe as an expert. Needless to say, I would highly recommend attending On the Mend Massage Therapy and Wellness Centre.

Today was my first time at On The Mend.Gina, RMT was amazing and super sweet ! Gina was so thorough with everything and she made my neck feel so much better !!Will definitely be back soon :)

I have been attending On The Mend for over a year now. Jade has been amazing at helping me heal a few ailments, back, elbows and a very annoying plantar fasciitis. Together with her massage techniques and cupping and communicating together she has been able to identify and work on the healing. She is wonderful.

I want to start off by saying I was not going to write a review but after some thought, maybe it could be useful. I choose this establishment on the reviews and their website stating it is a spa like feel. It is definitely NOT a spa like feel. It is a complete industrial environment. There is not 1 thing spa like about it. Secondly the girl I got her name started with an M was clearly only there for a pay check. Being it being my first time I assumed there would have been a 1/2 min over view of my history and concerns but NOPE! This M girl didn't care she just jumped into it. She started off with no oil or cream, I had to tell her she was kind of pinching my skin on my back because she was hurting me. Then she used some kind of cream. She focused mainly on my back first rubbing and putting pressure... which if she took a glace at my history she would have known that wasn't what I wanted. I stayed patient and calm until time was kind of running out where I politely asked her if she could focus more on my neck and shoulders, she replied nicely and she she would get there. She got there.. and spent maybe 3 mins all together for both sides. It was a very robotical massage, no care just the same standard massage that everyone gets. All together the total was $96 for 45 min to come out feeling the exact same and the same pains in my neck shooting into my arm. So, I will never recommend this place because of this experience. Obviously she's only there for the pay and doesn't care about how people feel in the end. I feel as though I was cheated and wasted my time and money on something I was looking forward too.

Whenever I visit On the Mend I make sure to get treated by Jade Miller(RMT); she is very professional and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping her patients. She has a very calming presence, combined with her massage techniques and cupping skills I always leave feeling relaxed and destressed. I can't recommend her enough, thank you Jade!

Gina is by far one of the best massage therapists I have had. I was looking for somewhere that didn't have a long wait list for massage and I found Gina. I am now so glad that I did, it has been a game changer! I always leave feeling amazing and so much better!

Had a pregnancy massage with Erin. Erin was so attentive and amazing! The only reason for the 4 stars is they could improve the pillow situation for pregnancy and have specialized pillows vs a regular pillow. They definitely have room for improvement on decor and overall cozy vibes. Erin herself was amazing and I can’t wait to see her again!

My hubby and I take massages on regular basis here and have never been dissapointed. Highly reccomend Gina as a great massage therapist. Very kind and attentive to customers needs.

Gina was lovely. She knows exactly what she’s doing and exactly what needed to be done to relieve the tension in my shoulders and neck. Will be back to see her soon!

First time at On The Mend Massage and i had the pleasure of meeting Jade. Jade was amazing. Highly recommend if anyone is in pain. Started the day not being able to put on my socks and after the massage with Jade, had no issues. Magic in her hands. Amazing service, accommodating and really good. Thank you and will be coming back soon.
