I went in yesterday to add a few stitches to a long sleeved shirt and Marzieh asked me to return in 10-15 mins. When I went to pick up my shirt, not only was it done with pristine detail, she told me she did it for free!!! She was so great and lovely to deal with! Please don’t pass this place by if you need something fixed! Thank you Marzieh!!!

This stitch it At Promenade mall is quick and effective! They had time to do my alteration within five minutes, I prefer it over an independent seamstress or any other stitch it location. If they have time they can squeeze you in and have great prices! they care about their customers!

I dropped off a new pair of pants to be shortened on April 15, 2023 and went to pick the completed item on April 22, 2023.At the time I also attempted to drop off another pair of pants that needed a repair on the pocket.Marzieh was able to quickly do the repair within 5 minutes which was greatly appreciated as the store is outside of my usual commute and saved me another trip.This isn't the first time this location has accommodated me & is the reason that I regularly return to this location.

Marzieh saved me. I had a dress “altered” somewhere else and they completely cut the hem line uneven. She took me right away and fixed the dress for me on the spot as I needed it for the next morning. Totally grateful for her.

I had my wedding gown and reception dress altered in this store. I must say I am very impressed by their work. The gowns fit perfectly and the workers are so professional and accomodating and paid attention to all my concerns and requests. On top of that, they finished my gown earlier than expected. I can’t wait to wear them on our wedding day! Highly recommend to consider their store when looking for gown alterations!
