Bought a pair of Sorels the other day. The lady at the counter was super friendly and pleasant to deal with. Would rate it 5 stars but unfortunately their HVAC system is broken and the 20 minutes in the store felt like some sort of torture. There is an extremely loud sound coming from the fans that sound like tissue paper and boxes being tossed around in a kitchen mixer. I'm surprised employees work full shifts. Apparently this issue has been prevalent for quiet sometime at the store.

Everyone here was super helpful! Tons of selection. This is my go-to shop for shoes.

Massive selection at great prices. As well - great spot for bridal shoes! When white shoes seem to be very out of season. I was finally able to find a store with multiple options for my upcoming wedding. Note that the online selection doesn’t necessarily show all the options you’ll find in store!

Giant shoe store with plenty of selection from popular brands like Cole Haan, Nike, Adidas, and etc. at a marked down price.

The cashier dude is very rude! Before asking the customer to show his ID, he should check the order and check whether the fee has been paid or ask the customer. Unfortunately I will not recommend this place.

Very very poor customer service at this location. After having a pair of shoes put on hold from another location I arrived to have to hunt down staff to find the shoes on hold.After finally getting the shoes, I opened the box to find the dress shoes were already creased from others trying them on. No shoe stuffing, nothing. I went to look on the shelf, again the staff walked around no one offered any help. I went to the discount section and found two pairs of Clark’s mens dress shoes on sale, identical pairs but too large but marked with a blue sale ticket. Not finding the right size I finally had one sales woman tell me it’s all they had, but offered no solutions.I walked back to where the shoes were and bingo, the same Clark’s were there in my size. When I asked if they were on sale I got a blank stare then told the shoes marked discount were not suppose to be there.Ridiculous service, useless staff. I have zero intentions on returning.

When I went to this location, no one acknowledged me while I was trying or looking for shoes even though there were little to no customers present. When I asked about points system, the staff was rude.

They have so many shoes! And they have brand name runners, good quality high grade runners/trainers. For some reason I assumed they would be more focussed on business shoe wear. They certainly have that as well, but I was impressed with the selection of hiking/training shoes. And the staff was GREAT! Very helpful and friendly. Not pushy, let you have your space, but there when you needed them. I had a bad experience at another shoe shop - so I wanted to hug the staff here. Great store!
