There is a huge selection of dresses. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I tried on lots of different dresses before I found the one. The prices are discounted and more affordable than other bridal shops that I had visited. When I found THE dress, Kim was helpful in the alteration process to make it my own. I had pockets added, which came in handy on the day. I was able to hold tissues and my mask AND had a place to put my hands during photos.The staff there were great, they were patient and I really felt they wanted me to look my best on the big day. So happy I went to Bridal & Fashion Group Outlet.

Purchased my dress here and cannot say enough good things about Emily! I'm extremely indecisive, and Emily let me come multiple times and was so patient and made each experience fun. She helped me modify a design to get exactly what I want.

I'm a really small bride so I've been having a lot of trouble finding something that I like that is actually in my size in many other stores(size 2). The Owner picked out a few that could work for me almost immediately after asking for a picture of what style I prefer. ANDDDDD I'VE FOUND MY DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner is also very nice and helpful. I would recommend everyone to go have a look here. Especially if you're a size 8 to 10. They have tons and tons of pretty gowns there, reasonable price.

Fortunately, there were lots of gorgeous dresses to choose from--racks and racks! Took me only 5 minutes to find 6 that I liked. I could have kept going, but the very first one I tried on happened to be the one". There is one sales lady (Rahel). She was pleasant

Wow! Went in without high expectations and we were absolutely blown away. Emily was more than we could have asked for, or even imagine. So great to work with someone who is experienced and knowledgeable, can read the vibes and make you laugh, and is able to narrow you down to the perfect dress within a warehouse for of 5000. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Hello,I came by your store and booked an appointment for 4:30pm but unfortunately was running late due to the rush hour traffic and arrived around 4:45pm. There was only one lady working there and she opened the door already rolling her eyes with disgust and as I was about to apologize for my lateness she rudely responded I told you you're time is for 4:30pm and do not come later". I was very shocked and appalled as I have never in my entire life received this type of treatment especially during a special moment where I am with my mother and neice to share these experiences with. I work in the beauty industry and have a business myself and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. She said you can go look at whatever you like but you cannot try anything on and you will need to book another appointment. There was not a single person in this store. She left us to browse and didn't once return to ask me for any details or information or provide any advice or even pretend to care! Half the lights were turned off. I did see some items that I wish I could have tried on but I have never felt so disgusted to be in a store that I didn't feel comfortable nor felt respected enough to support any type of business like this. After browsing for 15 mins I told her am I possible to try on atleast 2 dresses that I saw? She said "No sorry im closing soon". At this point I was just completely done and responded

My experience with Kim was amazing, she is extremely patient, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my wedding dress, and also the Chinese traditional clothes we rent from there.

Came here as maid of honour for my friend visiting town. We booked this place looking for an affordable dress! This was the first place we went to, and she fell in love with the first dress she tried on! We tried on a few more but ended coming back to it :) great experience and you get the store to yourself. Affordable and I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience while shopping for my wedding dress. Emily was super kind, knowledgeable and had a great eye for my style. I didn’t have any of my bridesmaids with me, but it was almost like I did because Emily was so chill and easy to get along with. One thing that’s different about this place from others is they are really flexible if you want to change something on your dress. Like if it’s almost perfect but there’s one thing that bothers you, they can usually accommodate it. Anyways, we ended up finding my dress and I can’t wait until I get to wear it!

Lots of dress selections in all different styles and price ranges, most of the ones that I pulled were around the $1500 mark. Friendly service, however I showed them several photos of the style that I wanted, but she didn't pull any ones that matched what I was looking for. I browsed the racks on my own and found the style that I was after. The dressing room area could use some maintenance, the pedestal was wobbly and the rooms are tiny for trying on gowns.
