Jonathan and the Smokestack team are my saving grace. I had been so frustrated printing with other studios! Orders at Pikto had come out wrong despite specific requests and with massive quality discrepancies. It was like night and day at Smokestack. Each order is a personal correspondance with Jonathan. He makes sure all details are reviewed and noted. I am new to the professional printing world and Jonathan took so much extra time to teach me all the different need-to-knows, from setting me up to soft proof at home, to going over in great detail the different types of paper he has available. Being an accomplished artist photographer himself, he has the intuition to notice flaws/editing discrepancies on my end and points them out to ensure the best final product. On top of providing the absolute best customer service, his prices are competitive and his printers are literally the best. There is a Epson SureColor P20000, the best and the only one of its kind in Canada.I started printing at Smokestack about 3 months ago and it's easily been the best photo printing experience I've ever had. Visit Smokestack! You will wish you had started printing there sooner!

Smokestack Studio designed logos, business cards, etc. for my editing company, Fine Line Edits. I had prints made from my collages at Smokestack Studio and they were wonderful. The collages were 6 by 6 inches and one print was blown up to 30 by 30 inches and it was gorgeous. You could see the fibres and layers in the paper and even shadows. They were professional and the output was of the highest quality.
