So this is a mixed 3 star review here. First its clean inside and staff are friendly. 1 not so much it's like someone stole her morning bagel but anyways the price is good but yes I said but because the haircut was mediocre at best. So theres the 3 star rating.Maybe I'll go back one day and hope it was just a off day but I dought it.

They could not cut my hair the way I wanted it. I go there time and time again but I’ve had enough it’s always way to short. THEY DONT LISTEN!!!!!!!!!

This was my third appointment (2nd haircut) and the staff have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Jaye did a fantastic service at pinpointing exactly what I was wanting - in less than a minute she flipped to a couple of cuts (after I showed her my favourite haircut) she then took an hour cutting my hair down (and couldn’t get over the mounds she took off!) she was swift and efficient. They sure know their craft! And then she and the owner led me to a couple of products I was interested in. (I asked for initially) To be honest it is more than reasonable-a true gem of a business! I have found my new go to salon and hair stylist☺️(and that is not always an easy task).

Totally and completely disappointed with my hair cut by Anna. I requested a slight trim and feathering, received the shortest haircut that I have ever had, now cannot even properly style it. When we discussed it prior to her starting to cut my hair, she said she knew exactly what I wanted. She did not!! I will NOT be back.Had to give one star in order to post, but even that is too much

Worst hair cut I ever got. Came home and cried. My cut looked nothing like the picture (of myself) that I showed her I wanted. She cut it the way SHE wanted to and did not follow what I asked for. Will never go back ! I did not ask you to cut it shorter! Jaye does not understand English! I’m so upset.

Hadn't been there in years, decided to go back. Now I know why I quit going. When I told the stylist that you are cutting too much off, she reply... I know what I am doing.When I got to the car and felt the back, I won't need a cut for a couple of months.Called back today to voice my concerns, whomever answered the phone, laughed...

I have been to this salon couple of times now. Every time I am asked to wait 20-25 mins. The old man in the front has no idea how to schedule clients. He schedules 2-3 people for the same time when there is only one person working there. Jay is always rushed in to hair cuts and is in hurry all the time. Every time I ask Jay to not cut to much and she always cut too much hair. Today I went there after 8 months of growing my hair to get an inch chopped off. She chopped off 4 inches and I told her in between do not cut too much but she kept going. The kind of person I am I didn't create any scene and just left quietly. However, I would never ever go back to this salon. This place is managed really bad.

Got to be the worst place I've ever been too. The lady owner who did the waxing was soon unprofessional charged more than what they say it cost originally n smacked me in the face thinking it was a joke well waxing me . I would never recommend this place or this lady. the lady In the picture In the black is the one who will ruin this businessFor her whole team because of how unprofessional she acts there .
