Update: The clinic did reach out to me to remove my negative review in exchange for more treatments. My experience was horrible and in no way would I come back & continue.I honestly couldn’t wait for this horrible experience to be over. If you are thinking of getting laser, look somewhere else. This place made me anxious and uncomfortable. They’re only about getting your money with no regard for quality. They don’t care about consistency, comfort level, communication or customer service. Staff (minus a great few) and management is incompetent. There is NO follow through. Their culture is to pretend that a problem does not exist because they’ve already got your money. Not to mention that booking was absolutely a NIGHTMARE.Do not be fooled by their great sales team. It’s just a front to lure you in, treatment that stops as soon they get your money.Avoid this place at all costs. The end results were not great. Never again with this place.

Courtney is one of the best nurses they have. I highly recommend any service done by her! I’ve done both laser and coolsculpting so far, i cant wait to do more!

staff is excellent, place is always clean and they are always so kind in case i need to reschedule at all or if come a little late for appointments… I’ve dealt with Courtney for many of my sessions now and shes a fantastic tech I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. she also always follows up to ensure any changes in my medication and inquires about results I am seeing. Absolutely recommend this location.

I absolutely had 4 pleasant laser sessions here. I like how the nurses interacted with me. Only thing is you will always find the front desk busy, but I get that they are helping someone on the phone. I always has to call and book an appointment instead of waiting at front desk. I see results on my leg after first session itself and end of 4 session I have a lot less hair to deal with.

Do not come here and if you do NOT use “rachelle” for botox !! i paid almost 600 for a frozen forehead and i said multiple times i dont want any movement at all and look at this. Not only do I have movement but i have creases and lines. This is after a touchup too. She does not know what she is doing at all or how to get the results you want. She offered a touchup for more money then the manager said it could give me droopy eye!! She is dangerous and does not care she just wants your money!! and the manager is so rude and does not offer any help at all!! Please go to another clinic!!

Sukh did my Venus for my stomach tightening. She is amazing, very knowledgeable. She made me so comfortable. She continued to make sure I was doing ok & explained all the after care procedures. I would love to see her again on my next appointment.

It gives a calm and relaxing vibe, the need to be pampered. The staff is very professional and they’re also friendly. The services are vast but surely effective.My recent visit I did a fraxel treatment. I have acne scarring, hyperpigmentations, fine lines etc. After one session, and several days later - my face texture and skin conditions have improved a lot.
