Update: Still an amazing experience. I'm always very happy with my nails.Old review: I discovered this salon last week. I had a pedicure with Sarah and it was amazing. I decided to book a full set of acrylic nails for today and Sarah did not disappoint. I am beyond happy with the service and the quality. I'm just sad I didn't discover this salon sooner. Definitely recommend.

Went here to get my gel nails removed. The customer service was fine but they did a terrible job on my nails. Instead of leaving just a small amount of gel to help them stay strong, she left most of the gel nail on. I ended up having to go to another salon to get them fixed. I shared my experience with my grandma and she told me about her terrible experience getting a simple manicure here. Definitely don’t recommend this salon.Edit: was in on February 16th.

I had made a appointment because I was told they could trim my ingrown toenails. When it came to that part the girl said she couldn't do it . I was disappointed that I was told that the staff had the knowledge but the girl I had did not. Now I have to find somewhere that can and pay again. The pedicure was very good but I wish I knew the depth of knowledge the staff had.

I have been going to Polished for 5 years now. I drive all the way from Oyama for the everychanging color selection, lovely ladies and great prices. Very experienced staff. Highly recommend Polished!

Went in for an acrylic nail removal and gel polish on my natural nails. Sarah did an amazing job with my nails and was very delicate with my injured finger. I can tell Sarah enjoys her job, she was determined to find the right colour for my nails and was very patient. I definitely recommend.
