We went to Lexus Laval looking to put our name in the list for a plug in hybrid NX 450. Thanks to Mark, he helped us during the process, hopefully he will call us soon to pick up our car.

I paid for maintenance. I told them that the engine coolant is below the minimum and they have to top it up. They return my car as it was without top up the engine coolant. No comments just double check if was done something you paid for. after paying for maintenance I have to waste my time and money to go buy engine coolant from Toyota and top it up.

The car buying process can be a daunting task even while not being in a new country. However, our client advisor Ahmad Baltaji made the task seamless and a great experience. My wife and I are both past Lexus customers and, quite frankly, have preconceived expectations while working with the brand.Lexus tends to go above and beyond no matter what. However, this was our first positive post-pandemic auto experience and this goes for MANY stores and brands all over US and Canada. First kudos to Ahmad is, we came in unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon while the dealership was short staffed and very busy. There was nothing in it for him at the time, but he took away from his client to share with us and make sure we were being tended to and being accommodated.Ahmad, with no financial gain and juggling a client of his own, made sure we were WELL taken care of. We were torn between getting another RX or another NX again. We were just kind of checking the Laval inventory. He was very kind with us, without ever once being pushy. Lovely young man, with a kind demeanor and a gentle approach. He’s very well aware, the Lexus brand sells itself, he is there for YOU. It was quite refreshing.To be completely transparent, been to other places and was flat out blown off (shame what happened to the industry post-pandemic). No calls back, etc. However with Ahmad at Laval, he treated us with respect from the very first second. Showed us what we wanted, made a few suggestions based on the current inventory, then my wife found the perfect preowned NX for her. The manager Leo honored a fair and honest price and the he finance manager Sarah secured lending and AGAIN found a balance between offering products and not being pushy and annoying by trying to force the $1000 paint gloss down your throat. When I get settled in Canada and need a vehicle of my own, hands down, I’m going to consult Ahmad Baltaji and try my best to stay within the Laval family.
