Ottawa Citizen discovered that it is snowing and raining in Ottawa! Therefore, under such terrible weather conditions they decided not to fulfil their contractual obligations and to suspend home delivery of their newspaper on inclement weather days! I might just subscribe in the summer and hope for no rainy days! Wonder how did they deliver the paper in all the previous years?! They put the life of their paperboy in damger!

I love that I can pick up a couple of end rolls of unused newspaper for various purposes... Great for packing boxes to move, for the kids to colour on, school projects, church menues for fundraisers, etc. And they're Free!
