Customer service could be a bit better especially at the postal office. The lady I was dealing with didn't say hi to any other customers and people were confused whether or not she was done dealing with them because she hardly talked, not a good look for her.

Im revoking A star Not Because of Any changes in the store but A Total and utter failure to capitolize on a huge part of your market, That is to say you Have Excellent coffee and the Laziest and most Lackluster coffeebar to serve it in. Get a Few counters, A proper barrista, Set up a Actual 7/11 on the go Coffee Market In Store! Not only would this allow you to retain all your orignal benefits this also allows you to add new and more expensively priced benefits that would allow this location ti grow substantially faster, Also you have a food bar and No where to sit other then these Seriously need an updated look window seats :/ Time for an Upgrade.

The staff members here are so rude and don’t know customer service at all.They don’t even apologize to me when they made their own mistakes and even blamed their own fault on me. The owner never care about the numerous negative reviews they got and stay being unprofessional.I do not recommend anyone here.

I don't care to review 7/11s but this one stood out despite the clientele in there tonight/morning. Came in just after midnight (October 22) and the staff, despite being busy and working alone still greeted us as soon as we walked in. He had such a pleasant attitude the whole time and gave me more than my order of 10 wings and 4 chicken thighs. Thank you man! Didn't get your name but keep it up. As for the store itself, it's quite clean and organized.

Cashier used his hands for wings, without gloves. Food was cold and meat tasted horrible. Big store, sealed items and drink machines are good.Visited 11.20pm

I come here a lot and the cashiers tend to be kind of nice? I send my packages through here and the lady was rude but patient with me since I had never sent a package before. I think it's fine but it's not the greatest.

Great location, always clean, organized and the staff are fast and friendly at the register. They generally have most of the hot food items available and maybe it’s my luck but usually they are pretty fresh. Mostly end up getting some wedges, strips or otherwise along with my postal or lotto convenience store needs!

Worst rubbery/undercooked chicken ive ever had, also you can taste the burned grease on the chicken skin and potato wedges alike... Had to throw in the trash, stay away from the hot food if its not the standard taquito or hotdog! Staff is usually decent and location is usually clean.. But because of the garbage i was just served.. 1 star
