It has been years since I have purchased a new car so I did lots of research knowing that I wanted one with dependability, safety features and nice styling. When we went into the Penticton dealership the salesman Steele put us in the car I was looking for that was in my price range and ticked all the boxes. I did not intend to buy that day but I was so impressed by both the car and with Steele in his knowledge of the vehicle that we signed the papers that day.I love my Kia Seltos and how it handles. The technology is so impressive and I would definitely trust Steele to help me pick out any car I need in the future. Recently received impeccable service from Jackson, JR, and the Kia Penticton sales and service teams. They found us the perfect vehicle to suit our family of 6 at a price point we can afford. They kept in close contact while we were waiting for our vehicle and were quick to answer any of our questions. The team is professional and personable and truly make you feel like a priority. Our 2024 Kia Carnival EX is going to be the perfect vehicle for the needs of our family as our children grow. We will be sure to consider Kia Penticton first for any future vehicle purchases and for vehicle service.

I brought my SUV in to have the automatic rear latch fixed as it was not engaging as it closed. Kia Penticton fixed this problem and it was under warranty so I was satisfied with this and that is the reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of 0.The real issue was they completed an inspection with the latch repair and failed to correctly inspect the vehicle as their inspection form (attached) had indicated they did. As shown on the report, the cabin and engine air filters were reported as green and there are remarks stating no concerns found. I brought my vehicle to a trusted mechanic in Penticton to have winter tire change done and he did a proper inspection and found both filters needed to be replaced. (Pictures attached). This was 10 days after the latch fix with 100km of in town driving.As car owners we trust that when we take it to the dealer to have repairs done and inspections showing our vehicles are in good shape, that this is true. In my case, it was not. It showed a lack of professionalism when boxes are checked without actually doing the work you are charging clients for or endorsing you provide free inspections.I would hope that Kia Penticton takes a look into their quality control. I would not recommend Kia Penticton.

Friendly Service. Addressed our questions and overall were patient with us as first time car purchasers. Very Happy with our Kia overall, love the way it drives. The negotiation process was pleasant and they cared about getting us good value. Constructive feedback: Would like the sales team to be more responsive during the deal and ensure telephone appointments are honored and not forgotten. Would appreciate a callback when a callback was agreed upon. I understand they have been very busy, but we never received a callback even though we agreed on a date and time. Hard to get a hold of during sales process. We were also not fully educated on the features of the Sportage Xline... We thought that the Xline we asked for came with a sunroof, and it did not... the model we drove had one, so we assumed the upgraded model would have one too.... We found no sunroof on our car on pickup date .... We were disappointed this feature was not included. We should have read the specs of each model more clearly during the deal and before ordering, but we would also expect those spec differences to be highlighted to us by the team as well. I would suggest better education of the specs of each model.

I am very grateful for everything that JR and Patrick did to get me into my dream car this week! It wouldn't have happened without Jackson, either, so huge thanks to everyone for the incredible group effort! I didn't think a new car was going to happen any time soon (considering the inventory issues at all brands/dealers and the finance rates that have doubled recently) but somehow they pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me and I'm so excited about my brand new Seltos. Shout out also to Janice, Kelly, and Dan in service for being awesome when my previous Kia's engine needed replacing. Got me in a rental that suited me and fixed my car as quickly as they could and with as little stress as possible. Second shout out to Patrick for the extra help in that situation when something out of anyone's control or expectation happened; he took care of everything without hesitation. He's clearly the manager of this dealership for a reason. Excellent customer service. Oh, and the cutest dealership dogs ever.

We received excellent service from Kia Penticton. We appreciated the efficient ,friendly service and the car wash at the end of our visit was much appreciated. They brought to our attention that one of our rear taillights needed to be tightened when they did the truck wash.
