Edit to reply; I have been waiting for Angelica to call me back since February 16th, as promised by Bogdan. It’s almost May. No one has called back.Quoting process was quick and on par with competition. Installation wasn’t great. It was a huge hassle to get them to show up on the scheduled day, even though they confirmed each day for three days prior by email and phone call. I even mentioned to the woman who called that install day had rain forecasted, she said that wasn’t a problem. The day of install, they were supposed to arrive between 8-9am. By 11, no one had arrived. I called their one and only phone number, which routes you to Toronto. They spoke with the installer who said since it’s raining, he won’t install and sent his helper home. Now, I was 3 days away from delivering my baby, I had torn apart the house to accommodate the installation of new windows in every room in our house (moved furniture, uninstalled curtains, etc…) based on the 6 confirmations. Finally after an hour of back and forth, they finally arrived. The installer, Alex, was not happy he had to install. They worked until 4pm then told me they would have to return the next day to finish the last two windows and to install the outside trim. They came back the next day and were here for 3 hours. Had they arrived on time the day before, it would have been a one day job. The install work was sloppy, spray foam leaked out of the mouldings around several windows, they got spray foam all over our bathroom tiles, shower curtain and bathtub and they damaged a hand painted mural in our nursery, which wasn’t even close to the wall with the window. Fast forward 6 months to May when we need to open the windows; they don’t open without damaging the track. Both hands are needed and full body weight just to get the sliders open. The sliding frame cuts into the lower track. The installer comes back to fix the issue, chips spray foam from around the window, screws in a dozen screws around the frame and says “this is as good as it’ll get”. The window opens marginally better but is still damaging the lower frame. Very disappointing indeed. The windows installed did not have the energy star stickers on them so when trying to use the Greener Homes Grant, I had to go through 3 months of hoops and weekly phone calls with “the documents will arrive by the end of the week” trying to get the appropriate documentation from them. The documents hadn’t been mailed out. They were only mailed out when I threatened legal action. No one takes ownership for anything at this company. They delete poor reviews, or simply delete the profile with poor reviews, they don’t follow through with their promises.I would 100% recommend using another window company, even if you’d be paying a little more, better service is worth a higher price.

They did a great job answering my questions and guiding my decisions, offered a highly competitive quote, were very skilled and professional during the installation, and the product is excellent.
