Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've dropped by several times to window shop and the staff have always been happy to chat. I've never felt pressured to make a purchase and when I had saved up enough to buy something, they were kind enough to help me out with the final price. Definitely check out their store!

I recently had my first cross Canada online (Shop App) purchased experience with Guo Jewellery. The professional attention to detail, and constant communication has built a lot of trust, for me buying something that’s close to $1000 dollars online is always risky. You might not get what you thought getting and having to return or exchange.I can say with Adam at Guo Jewellery, that’s not an issue. They will go above and beyond to satisfy your every question or in my case , “ Nick picks” ! Sorry for the hoops I put you through, Adam. Adam went above and beyond today. Not only did he help me find the perfect ring to buy but, he made my 2 full Pandora bracelets sparkle again as if they and the charms were brand new. He made my shopping experience fun and easy. If you want to be treated respectfully and as a VIP this is a great place to buy Pandora jewelry.

I highly recommend stopping by especially if you’re a watch enthusiast as Adam knows his stuff and is always willing to help. Guo is our go to for all my family’s watch repairs. They recently did a fantastic job repairing a sentimental piece. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a vast assortment of jewelry including Pandora and Swarovski and pricing is very fair.

I recently brought in a ring for resizing. Due to arthritis on the finger, it's difficult to determine what size would be right. Instead of rushing into a size, Tammy took time to size it one mm at a time till it fitted comfortably. Other stores could have charged me for each adjustment.Tammy and her staff were attentive, friendly, patient. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent watch purchasing experience with Guo Jewellery. At the time, I was interested in a Seiko watch that was not yet available (reference SPB363J1). Adam was very accommodating with finding out if that model was going to be ordered and gave me estimates on when it would arrive. The watch arrived within the timeframe in perfect condition with no issues. They were also very helpful in sizing the watch to my wrist. Their selection of Seiko watches is quite good, with some limited edition models as well. There are also some nice Tissot and Citizen watches if you are a fan of those brands. This place is a gem and will remain my top choice for Seiko time pieces. Pleasant experience from ordering to watch bracelet adjustment, planning to buy from them in the future. Best jewellery store in Gerrard Square and the nearby area.
