Say Cheese pizza & poutine

Was so happy to have discover this gem! Really love their cheesy pizzas and mozzarella sticks!! So so good.Their mozzarella sticks were perfectly crunchy and cheesy, and their pizzas had a good amount of toppings and cheese. Great comfort foods, especially on a gloomy day! :)

Best poutine we’ve ever had! Delicious fries!Edited to add: best pizza ever as well. This place is now our go to ! Love itEditing to add: it’s gross now, the quality has went down drastically. The poutine is always really soggy even if you ask for well done fries. Won’t be ordering again!

I feel insulted by this poutine. Whoever gave this a good rating is a liar. Hardly any cheese, which did not taste fresh at all. Fries tasted weird and not crispy, too soft. Gravy made of vegetables... WDF? Whole staff yelling in Arabic. I asked for salt and pepper and the guy just said no"."

This was our first go at Say Cheese so we ordered a few things to share and try.The good: Pizza was quite tasty. Sauce was nice, toppings were generous and there was plenty of cheese. Overall quite a good pizza! We also ordered a couple of poutines and also found the amount of cheese to be good and the gravy was tasty. We also liked the variety of poutines and ordered two different kinds".The less good: There wasn't quite enough gravy leaving the fries overly dry. Just a bit more gravy would fix this!The bad: The fries were NOT crispy - I wouldn't call them "soggy" per-se but really they had the consistency/flavour of oven baked instead of deep-fried...I would definitely order the pizza again

One of my favorite places to get poutine in Ottawa. Fries aren't oily/greasy with a nice softness, just the right amount of cheese with a good thick gravy. They also have a good variety of meats to choose.

Amazing, amazing place! My most favourite go to spot for the tastiest, cheesiest pizzas. The staff is super awesome too; well behaved, friendly, warm and efficient! We had the large sized meat eater pizza (which was oh so delicious) Can’t recommend them enough!!

I've tried every poutine they have on the menu. I would give most of the poutines perfect scores.I said 4/5 stars above because of their delivery system, the shop's own delivery on their website. I think it's mostly fine, but it's changed.The delivery charge is a flat rate, which just bothers me being a few minutes down the road from them. They have also increased the prices without changing anything else about the food.The most frustrating part about their delivery is that you can't order delivery online without creating an account using your email and phone number. Which is fine until you can't log back into it later because their password system is broken.It is an amazing place for food. One of my favourites in Ottawa. Aside from the delivery system it's perfect.

Honestly, this is my favourite restaurant in Ottawa. They have the most delicious pizzas and the poutine is magnificent. This deserves far more than 5 stars.
