Been a long-time customer in multiple cat boarding businesses (BC and here GTA), and this is the best!The staff and owner are knowledgeable and professional, and most importantly, by the way they treat and look at my cat, you can tell they genuinely care and love what they are doing.The facility itself looks clean and big, like a high ratings airbnb but for cats.Highly recommend to anyone. 10/10

I strongly recommend the cat boarding service. I had a short trip for six days. In case I sent my Molly there for seven days to fit my trip. This is the first time me to use the service. I was satisfied that I received Molly's videos daily, and the customer service was excellent. They are professional in handling each issue that may come up and provide suggestions after dropping Molly off back at my place. It was a great experience to have my first cat-boarding service here. I'm looking forward to corporate with you again. Thank you!!
