Oceanvolt Solar & EV is an exceptionally well run company that provided a truly easy and stress free experience throughout. Jordan and Marcus are top tier, they were easy to work with, had excellent communication and when we had a small installation issue with some code requirements(not OceanVolts fault) they worked with the manufacturer to solve the issue quickly and to overall benefit to us. I can't say enough good things about these guys! We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and with our new super effiecient home.

We have had Ocean Volt put up Solar Power, an EV Charging station and outdoor improved sensor lighting. They are knowledgeable and can provide various solutions and options depending on your situation. Honest, caring guys that follow through with hard work and thorough clean up. Professional guys with the latest training and they have amazing problem solving skills. I highly recommend using them.

Right from the very beginning Marcus and Jordan were superior communicators. They were well informed, answered all our questions, and were clear about the limitations and benefits of the choices. They took their time in making sure we understood all aspects of the job. We installed solar panels and upgraded the electrical to our house. The job was exceptionally well done, with little fuss and muss, just steady work with no drama or surprises. Instead they offered integrity and honesty, never ducking the hard questions, always answering our text, email, or phone call promptly. Their time management skills were excellent, and given the hot weather also very safe. Gail particularly appreciated their administration skills dealing with BC Hydro, the Greener Homes Grant application referral to the testing company, and their billing system. It went off without a hitch. We VERY MUCH enjoyed working with them, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were looking to get solar panels for our home to try and get some energy independence – we are thinking of going to EV too and felt like this was a way to help offset some of the cost of that. They provided us with lots of choice re: set up and guided us through the options without us ever once feeling steered in a particular direction. They helped us to navigate Canada Greener Homes in order for us to get the applicable grants too. When the time came to install the panels Jordan and Marcus were efficient, clean and quick. Our panels are in and we are now making clean energy and charging our EV (which Jordan and Marcus will help you with too). Oceanvolt Solar & EV is easily the top choice for having a solar system installed on your house. Jordan and Marcus are very professional during every step of the process. We had many quotes done and none were as thorough as we got from them. We had a unique situation with a carriage house on our property offering the best location for solar with a large south facing slope. Oceanvolt was able to take advantage of this roof and tie along with the roof of our main house and tie it all together despite the distance between them. No other company we contacted was willing to go above and beyond in this way.Our system has been up and running for about 6 months now and it was already exceeded our expectations. No leaks in our roof, solar production above what we expected, and no downtime at all. Everything is working perfect.We have just purchased 2 EVs and will be sure to have them back so we can power our cars off the sun.
