I had my worst service experience with this company. They are too slow and will use more hours than necessary. Normally I clean my apartment every weekend so my apartment wasn’t dirty. I called them to help me do a move out cleaning of my 2 bedroom basement suite. Terms agreed. They used almost 6 hrs to clean my apartment infact the worker used 1 hr to clean my oven that I never used. They claimed some dirty spots in my apartment were “ unclean-able” they partially mopped my staircase and never cleaned the staircase walls. I had to spend 1hr of my time to thoroughly clean it. Guess what!! I cleaned those unclean-able spots with before and after pictures. Use them if you are desperate and you are ready to monitor them while they work.
