Stopped for lunch ove the weekend and found that the line up process was unorganized, I had to ask the people around me what was going on for ordering and dressing the pitas. The cashier was miserable and was not very cooperative for her associates. They skipped the customer's order in front of me. Although the pita was pretty good, I got sick about 2 hrs after eating it, throwing up and pooping. It must have been the pita because it was the only thing I ate different from my husband and brother that day. All in all, I was disappointed and sick.

It took them 2 tries to get my veggie pita correct, 3 times they messed up my friends pita one of the workers was rude and short with me and the other customers. Neither one of our pitas were complicated AT ALL. They were very disorganized and they're customer service was not okay. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Will not be ever returning.

Worst pita pit I had ever seen. 70% of my bowl was lettuce. They put very small amount of chicken which was not cooked properly.

First of all, the customer service here is TERRIBLE! They were too lazy to go get fresh veggies and they were extremely rude. Also, the girl working there was extremely big and couldn’t even fit into her uniform. Her gut was literally sitting on the counter while she was making my pita. Like ???? If you’re going to have an attitude my pita better be 100% but no my chicken was cold and falling apart and almost smooshed from her gut lol. Don’t go here.

Lazy rude white lady here must be racist. Colored person makes an item. She says none left. As I order something else the person behind me orders the same thing I tried and was told its available. So I ask why they lie to me to me. They offer the white customer what I wanted.How is that acceptable. How is that customer service.

Extremely expensive. Nearly $14 for a very small pita and a pop. This was much smaller than the same meal at Bracebridge. Worse yet, there was no real place to sit. The few tables in the service area are not there - at least none with seats. There used to be a nice seating area overlooking the scenery. The janitor had closed this off because he wanted to get his mopping done while there were still customers coming in. Looks like this operation is on its last legs. Less food, less service, and no seating is not going to keep customers coming in.

I’m a pretty regular Pita Pit customer and this location by far is the worst I have ever been to. Very very skimpy with the toppings and huge attitude when asked for more of something. (I wasn’t trying to be greedy but She initially gave me 3 individual leaves of spinach - when I asked for a little more she added 2 partial pieces while rolling her eyes). The other various toppings combined maybe totalled 1/4 of a cup. Definitely won’t go back (and drive by very frequently)Thickness of pita was about that of hotdog when handed to me.

The worst! Stopped by here for a quick dinner on a long drive back from camping. We didn't have high expectations, but this was appalling! The server seemed high or heavily distracted by something and dropped 1/3 of the ingredients on the floor and seemed to forget what he was doing every 2 seconds. Ingredients were stale, the pita crumbled apart, and after ordering we noticed a lot of flies around :( Didn't finish the food but had to get a fork to eat everything off a napkin since it wasn't wrapped properly or in a fresh pita. They quickly closed after our order, so no chance to talk to a manger (but I'm sure the manager knows the place is poorly run and just doesn't care by the sounds of other customers around us also complaining of frozen meat, wrong ingredients in their order, etc).

The utmost worst service I have ever received. I waited for over 20 minutes to receive a mediocrely made pitita. There was only 2 staff at the counter, two teenage boys, who took their sweet time serving all the guests. Laughing, joking, stopping to chat with one another, working with absolutely zero sense of urgency despite the fact the line was backed up to the front doors. This location needs to take a good look in the mirror and either hire more mature staff or train them to work with a higher sense of urgency and be considerate of their customers time. I wasted 20 minutes of a sunny Sunday which certainly wasn’t worth a subpar overpriced pita.
