Great and very helpful. I had a problem with my phone and they diagnosed it and assisted me over the phone and it worked! I would highly recommend this place!

My sim card slot was stuck in my phone because it was dropped on that end so I couldn't remove my sim card , not only did him n his wife fix it but they replaced the backglass with a brand new one all for the same price as 45$ , they did it as soon as I walked in there was done in a half n hour , when I went to the place in the town center mall they wouldn't even look at it or try to help me and where extremely rude , Tom n his wife where very kind had no problem.helping me n this is not the first time hes helped me with a problem, they also took time outta there day when I picked it up to try to figure out why the brand new phone I just bought isn't working and are going out of there way to try to.solve the problem.for me so I'm not out a ton of money. Great customer service very friendly and very knowledgeable. 100 percent recommend. THANK YOU GUYS SO VERY MUCH.

Helped me to remove a virus from my phone. He backed up the data I wanted to keep and did a factory reset as per my request. Did a great job. Very nice to deal with. Would definitely go back if I needed any future work.

He replaced my phone screen. Instead of new screen I was given a refurb. It malfunctioned not long after this. He agreed to meet to fix problem but was not there on the appointed time. Not the second and third time either. I asked for a refund but apparently that's also not an option as he simply has not responded

Lifesavers ! Tom responded to my frantic email asking if he could repair a smashed screen on an iPad rendering it inaccessible and recover my husbands entire music collection. He reassured me and met me at the shop a few minutes before they opened. Within hours I had my fully repaired iPad and recovered music collection in hand. Highly recommend. And next time I’ll throw a shoe. Lol.

Tom is my go to guy! Even now living in St Catherine's, I will stick with a broken phone until I get around to bring it to him before I bring it to anyone else! He's quick and very affordable!! I recommend him to everyone I know!
