The side window was smash the night before. Uhaul still rented new the Van whiteout it being repaired. As I am about to drive off. The window repair guys stopped me wanting to do repairs. However. They have the wrong window for the repair, as they were told the front windshield was broken. So they brought the wrong window. Anyhow, I drove off with the broken window and scatter glasses all over inside the van. They didn’t even clean it up for me before giving me the van.

Extremely unpleasent and incompetent service. First I didn't get a furniture dolly even though I reserved it and deadly needed it. Secondly lady just didn't care and I had to beg her to call uhaul to get this furniture dolly. I was told that I can drive to faraway uhaul for it (obviously my time and gas didn't matter to them). In the end she offered me second utility dolly but I'd have to pay for it. I said, no I won't pay, as you didn't give me the one I truly needed, I will replace it for furniture dolly if I make this drive to other uhaul on time - in the end I wouldn't be able to make it on time due to elevator reservation. She didn't care about my time, she made me pay for utility dolly that I din't use in the end, she didn't even know what fuel goes into uhaul and she spoke in chinese through the phone to uhaul so I didn't know what she is talking about.

There's U-haul few blocks down to this place. Don't go here!!!Rude lady at the counter! Her dog attacked me and she just gave me a rotten smile instead of an apology. I love dogs but irresponsible owners should be put on a leash!Although I returned the truck 4 hours later to the exact same location, after hours, dropped off the key and filled up the online return/check-in form, I've charged an extra day. The reason was this amazing lady called me the day after and I didn't pick up! She was heart-broken I guess! I called the customer service first they said you're fine but then, after consulting with her, turned out it was my fault that I didn't pick up the phone and she wasn't sure if the truck was there!!!

Good access for the parking lot and convenience store here is looking after the U-Haul operations at this place. You can drive your car here and take the U-Haul cargo van. Normally you will find a spot for aprk your car.Another point to note is, the cargo van has to be returned to this spot and can't be returned at another location.

I will NEVER book this again! They charge you so many hidden things that are not written anywhere and not explained.- They charged 20 $ for late fee use - never knew it would be charged (IT IS NOT IN THE BOOKING ORDER)- They charged another 20$ for gas even though I returned it with MORE GAS THAN I GOT IT- They charged 1.24$ MI rate rahter than the 0.79 stated on the contract- There is no line to discuss itJust horribleDont use it

Would not recommend U-Haul truck share to anyone. First of all, when I originally made my reservation, it was for a location much closer to my house. The company automatically changed the pick-up location to the Grandview location, which was twice as far for me (meaning I had to pay more in mileage than expected). Next, the vehicle that was reserved for me did not have a vehicle number (which is how you’re supposed to identify the truck in the first place). Contacted customer service and they were both rude and unhelpful. Upon return, there was a discrepancy in the odometer reading. It took well over an hour to resolve this issue as, once again, customer service was completely useless. The clerk was not adequately trained to resolve this sort of issue, so did his best but it took a long time. All in all, a bad experience from the get-go. If you’re gonna go with U-Haul, then I urge you to just do so through one of their actual warehouses.

Terrible service. I had a moving truck booked for 12pm but the truck was not returned on time and I was not able to start my hourly rental until 12:15. The owner/manager gave me a hard time when I was asking to have an extra 15 minutes at the end of my rental period due to the late return from another customer. I thought this was fair but she was completely uncooperative and unhelpful. When I was returning the truck, the manager had left the store and there was no one to communicate with about how to return the vehicle. There was no drop box either. She had not given any instructions beforehand and I was standing there unsure of what to do. I had to call the U-HAUL helpline and speak with a representative there to confirm drop off. I was told to put the keys in the truck and lock the truck. An hour or so later I got a phone call from the store manager and she was frustrated at me for locking the keys in the truck. I will not recommend this location nor rent here again.

The corner store clearly has no interaction with the vehicles which are located about a kilometre away. The truck was dirty and we had to have an argument with the attendant over the fuel level which was equal to the level at which we received the vehicle but ultimately paid for regardless. I have had positive experiences with uhaul before but the people and service at this location were not okay. The gas issue seems to be common, I would skip this location.

Showed up to pick up our truck, U-Haul customers came after anyone else that entered the shop. 3 employees one terminal for the uhaul, and their own business. Finally got the paperwork all sorted then had to leave the shop drive to a second location to pick up the truck.I reserved some blankets and a dolly, i was shown that they were stuffed in a corner. On returning we placed everything back nicely folded, but the employee only said that we returned half of what we rented. (Rented 12 blankets, only got six on pickup) had to pay for the other 6 blankets on drop off.

Not knowledgeable at all. Not even interested in giving a good service. Poor in English communicationSince I was moving my house, I booked a trolley and a hand truck but was told at the last minute that they shall not provide it. The reason is that U-Haul officially canceled providing trolleys and hand trucks because of Covid 19. However that was wrong as I went to north Vancouver and got a trolley and a hand truck on rent from a proper U-Haul facility ( not dealer).
