Staff was polite, but tried to suggest getting all sorts of vaccines that were not necessary. RIDICULOUSLY over priced. More than double the price for some vaccines that I could have gotten elsewhere. Very disappointing, I would not recommend.

Very patient-centric. A review of the country of destination was done before my arrival. The nurse was very professional and gave a thorough explanation of which vaccines were needed. Honestly, I thought I would just come and get a shot and leave. I recommend Passport Health for international travel.

Right off the bat, the passport health workers were SO charismatic and helpful over the phone and very accommodating when I tried to change my appointment! They were so kind, lovely and funny as well. When I got to my appointment, the nurse Sarah greeted us with such a kind countenance and was so helpful in helping us determine which vaccines to get for out trip and answering (or looking into answers) for each of our questions. She also had a detailed travel document ready and full of important information for us to take home. She had a very delicate hand with the vaccines and was just overall so sweet! I loved my experience and although the shots were pricey, it felt worth it for the quality of care.

We had an extremely positive experience and felt the team was very knowledgeable and prepared for our visit. We will definitely use them again ahead of our next global adventure!

She was able to take all my information over the phone, schedule me in and told me everything I’d need for the appointmentI am planning a big adventure and there are so many questions I haven’t been able answerAt the office Nicole was patient with me, made notes to help me remember and understand the process, she even squeezed me into her busy schedule to help me stay within my timetableI wish I’d found this company months ago, they are proving to be beyond helpful!The only suggestion that I have is to make their online form more user friendly by being able to save with blanks for unknown answers so that I could go to the next page and then return to the blanks when I had the answer. This was actually pretty frustrating, I filled out the form 2x and still ended up needing to redo on paper in the office when I arrived

Positive experience. I found the healthcare provider professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explain the vaccines I needed, versus those less critical, as well as alternative options and preventative measures. Would recommend!

After the doctor retired at our previous Traveller's clinic we decided to try Passport Health. Everything went smoothly from booking to pre-submission of our itinerary and vaccine history to the consultation itself along with the administration of the vaccinations. The attending nurse was very thorough and pleasant. Everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend the Carling St location of Passport Health. It will be our new go-go when it comes to travel vaccinations and consultations.'

My appointment today was very informative. My nurse was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared for my visit. She answered all my questions, provided me with lots of information and in the end, I was able to make an informed decision. The peace of mind from this whole experience, has been great.

DONT ever go to this place!!! This is a big rip off place. People work here don’t even know anything. They have the Twinrix vaccine for $170 but you can get the vaccine for $60 in Ontario. What a rip off and when I talk to my insurance they can’t give me the full refund because they are saying the actual price of the vaccine price is $60 so they won’t give me the full. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I would recommend and certainly return in future. During my travel consult with Melissa, I was provided with thorough and detailed information on my areas of travel, the risks and exposure therein (medical and otherwise), and the options available to mitigate them. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent resource. The team at Passport Health was professional, experienced, and practiced at delivering a streamlined experience that was both informative and enjoyable. They were also flexible with my limited availability. Other reviews note that the clinic is not a budget option, but there was no pressure to purchase any of the options and complete transparency as to their availability elsewhere.
