we've tried all the places around here. they're all good.but we like it here bc they use a drummel to shave down our dog's sharp nails after a cutting.other places wouldn't, or did it by hand euchre wasn't as good.very gentle and friendly staff.

First time I took my 8 month old puppy to this groomer, I believe this is only the second time she has been groomed She is a rescue dog from Rosie’s Animal Adoption and was groomed before we received her. I was a little worried because I was told my dog was afraid of the dryer and I witnessed that when drying my hair. The groomer that was going to groom Zoey (my dog) was very attentive and informative. Zoey went to her with no fuss. The results were great and Zoey was comfortable with her and was even jumping on her legs. I was very please

First time in this place , brought my Jack Russell for nail cutting . This lady came at the front asked me if he used to getting groomed . I told her no , she asked if he bites , I told her he could very well bite .My dog was shivering not comfortable . But I figured these people are professional.When I came back to pick up the dog this guy... I guess the owner started chastising me ... did you know that he is a bad boy ? That he bites .I told him yes I told the lady and gave sufficient warnings for her to be careful. The guy basically started arguing with me calling me a liar . I didn’t say a word and left . Just totally unprofessional, no organization, and no dog grooming skills . Not even worth the 10 $ since they didn’t even cut all the nails And they like to insult clients .

Wonderful service!! My dog smells fantastic and he was treated with lots of love for his doggy spa day.

Absolutely fantastic team of professionals. Took care of our Eski (american eskimo) and that is a hard dog to groom, takes almost ~3H not to mention how much he likes" grooming. The price is very competitive and frankly the best value proposition West Island has to offer."

The trim was exactly as requested, the standard wheaten look. She looks wonderful!! The groomer was on time. It took less time than with any other groomer I have visited before. I am going back at Beauté canine!!!! Thank you very much Pamela
