Patient Reps are refusing to accommodate a quadriplegic who cannot travel hours away to Halifax. I also have an immune deficiency and feel it is retarded for a doctor to insist I go to an appointment where many sick people are. A million doctors are doing phone appointments...but apparently M. P. Biddulph is refusing. Doctors say 'we need you healthy for surgery...yet he is putting me in a situation where I will get sick??? Sharon Costey, with Patient Relations is also bullying me into going. Game??? I think so.

They never answer their phone. I have been waiting for Covid test results 7 days after a possible exposure. A friend received someone else's covid info, breach of privacy or what.The health and mental health in parts of NS are dead and people are dying because of incompetence.I am moving out of here once Covid lifts.

Called this place twice last year and left messages with no return calls. Does someone actually work here? Guess finding a great big, long, black hair in your food at Haberneros in the Halifax Shopping Centre just isn't a concern.
