my wraps were good as they weren’t made by the people i am complaining about. my iced capp was very dark, barley blended and honestly tasted like dirt. she gave me tea instead of a coffee, was talking to another girl gossiping the whole time she was making my order and was very cranky while i was ordering, kept talking to same girl she’d been talking to my whole order making it take a lot longer to order

Have had no issues with the drinks here, but there were little red ant-like bugs crawling in and out of the payment machine. Hope the staff care enough to bring it up to someone to do something about it. Doesn't look like there's any in my Ice Capp, but still concerning

Some of them have great cx skills but the service has gotten terrible.One day I asked for an egg & cheese on biscuit I only got an egg no cheese. Another time I asked for chili with whole wheat bread I got white bread.Also location tends to run out of products quite often. How is it possible at barely 11 am there are no more biscuits.The mobile pickup feature has been unavailable for a month or 2 now.My lunch time is usually after 2 pm so when I go for lunch items they don't have what I want (wedges, enough to fill a burrito bowl, etc.)Also seems like they have trouble finding labor because they close early often (used to be 5 pm, now it's between 3ish/4).This location is very convenient for me as it's just next to work, but I have been going less and less because of the service.

Almost always crowded, being in Scotia square. Service could be a bit more speedy, Tim's is usually known for their speed. But other than that, they run out of stuff soon and closes by 6 PM. Thats nt their fault, the whole tower closes by 6 though. Overall, liked it.

Very famous in Canada and the budget for coffee lovers. If you are trying for the first time and like a little bit of sweet coffee then try French Vanilla. If you are hungry and wanted to grab something to eat in vegetarian then try potatoes wedges, sandwiches or muffins.

Most of the staff was good but this one younger guy with glasses didnt use the wax paper to pack up our cookies. He had the wax in his hand, but it wasnt used to pick up the product.... gross.

Absolutely awful, the workers there just didn’t care, they also were almost out of every food item at 1:30 pm, ordered multiple things I didn’t receive. Literally the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, I’d rather McDonald’s coffee then deal with this garbage service. Shouldn’t have workers who don’t care about their job.

This is the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. The quality of service is very inconsistent(depends on who you get there). Also, I always bring my own cup to reduce some additional waste, however, people from this location particularly don't care - why I say this? They always make my drink in their single use cup then pour it in my cup. What happens to that single use cup? They throw it out. I will NEVER support this behavior.Before I comments here, I have submitted a customer service review through their system; they got back to me 2 weeks later and informed me that they had a technical issue and I need to resubmit my review again. Never had this kind of issue with other coffee shop. I will never visit this location again.

Has always been my main" Tim Hortons until working from home. Have to give a shout out to Sheena. This woman remembers everyone's orders after seeing them for a few times. I used to get in her line up
