I understand following covid guidelines is very important. After being told by the store employee to wait outside due to max capacity I was totally understandable. 2 people then walked out of the store and I was still told I was not allowed inside with my brother as I was helping him purchase the phone. They said that the other 2 were allowed in together in order to purchase a product. We were doing the exact same thing but denied entry. We also live in same bubble.

extremely unprofessional, will trick you to get into new rogers plans. No support at this store will make you call Rogers support and wait.

After having trouble with Rogers Telesales, I visited this retail location & had a great experience with Chadd.I easily could have left as an unsatisfied customer, but he went out of his way to ensure the issue was fixed for me & I was leaving with the best deal possible.

Despite all rogers pointing you to use the online services for everything this store will refuse basic questions over the phone. I was told to “go use apples website to learn what you need to know.” What a failure of customer service.

This smart store has even smarter staff. They really went the extra mile to makesure we had a nice phone to use while mine was being fixed. Clean open environment. It is best to be there early as it does get busy

Tried to order a new phone directly from Rogers. Dismal failure. The phone was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I spoke with the manager, Roberta. She was incredibly professional and went out of her way to help me and had the appropriate phone transferred to her store inside of 24 hours. Her staff were knowledgeable and attentive. They explained how to transfer the data from the old phone as well as showing me the appropriate QI charger for use with this phone and why. I would never order a phone from Rogers online again, but wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one from this location.

my 88 year old father called to get some sports channels.....had 3 contractors come to his house...at 75$ a pop...and after all three left he still had no tv programing.....got a bill for 756.00$.....and still has only 2 sports channels.....call again and was told that he has to pay 189.00 a month to include the sports package?.....and 3$ for musicrogers make me sick....good thing i don,t live in guelph....

I have been to couple of Rogers store here in Guelph and this is the only store I would suggest because the customer service over there is top notch especially one of the staff named Belal was really patient and helped me solve my problem on my phone whereas the other store in silver creek said there's nothing they can do about it so ya I would recommend people to go to this store .

Honestly the most useless store. Telling me to google how to transfer my stuff over or how to fix problems. I got the premium device insurance and its a third party warranty. Bristar Worst company ever. They sent me a knock off that doesnt work properly. I am self employed i dont have time do deal with this. Rogers has become the most unreliable service out there. I have been with them for over 18 years anf its time for a change.Ill be putting in a complaint at head office that the employees at this store refuse to work or help and not doing their job. They are tarnishing rogers name. I have never seen such poor customer service. I have no idea what i am doing how do they expect people to do this ? Oh right... Google it... Pathetic.

Tyler was great and helped me setup a new plan and phone quickly after I smashed mine. Friendly and inviting staff even with the current covid restrictions.
