Love their products!! Great quality. Their scents are limited, but the amount of products they have per scent group is large. 4 stars only because I wouldn't recommend their candles, they don't burn very nice and tend to tunnel.

Today I did some shopping with my husband and children and I passed a store named Laline. Just by the looks of it, I had to go in. So I went in with my son and we were greeted by an employee named Hamda. First off let me just say how incredible she is. She is so educated on the brand. She brought me over to the sink to try some products. My son enjoyed them all as much as I did she also Provided samples of some things I wasn’t sure would work for my skin type. Paper towel to dry up. I ended up leaving with SO many things and I love them all. I signed up to be a member,the promotion going on right now is amazing. The packaging is beautiful. The bags with tissue paper sprayed with one of their mists smell amazing. I even got a small hand cream sample at checkout (which I LOVE LOVE). Overall my first experience at Laline Masonville was amazing. Hamda exceeded the customer service. I usually don’t have the best customer service given at other stores but hamda was incredible. Thank you Hamda for helping me today and thank you laline! ❤️

Laline has the most amazing products I have ever used. It's the only face product I use anymore and I always have a scrub waiting for me in my shower!!

Had an incredible experience thanks to Angie, the store manager. I went in to grab hand sanitizer that I had tried before, and ended up leaving with so much more! There was a 40% off promotion happening, but it's thanks to the incredible and friendly guest service from Angie that I left with as much as I did. She offered to let me try body scrubs and lotions, providing a sink for me to wash up when finished, and when she found out it was my birthday month she upgraded my discount to include a birthday special!The products were amazing to smell and even better for my skin, would 100% recommend this store to anyone. Thank you so much Angie, I will definitely be back again!

Dara was flawless. I manage the Miniso in the mall and i was blown away by her customer service. Absolutely phenomenal. Fantastic upselling without being pushy. Ive never left a store knowing when they were established before.. so knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing all in all

I was in to the Masonville place location recently and was pleasantly greeted by the store manager. She was inquisitive as well as informative and willing to educate me on their products as I had many questions due to my sensitive skin. I absolutely love what I left with and would recommend visiting this location to anyone curious about the brand. Great service, great product!
