Pharmacy has a specific policy on not returning earphones. It's because they are all junk. They don't work out of the box. Has happened to me and my friends. Dishonest retailer selling products they know don't work.

I always go to this pharmacy for my prescriptions. Mr. Roberts is extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable - obviously experts in their field. He always goes above and beyond and takes the time to fully explain any new prescriptions to me. I’m satisfied with their services.

I bought a water bottle and there was a horrible leakage! after 3 days I went back and they didn't refund !! very poor costumer care...In answer to the owner: I wouldn't bother to write that all if the leak was not in the bottle from the first day, of course it had the leak when I bought it! This should be already your assumption based on honoring your costumers. As student I only had it in my backpack literally for 2-3 days.

really good service.If your medication isn't typical of a student, they will order it in and takes a couple of days.Pharmacist and staff are really nice and helpful.

Pharmacy is good. But the post office is awful - the older lady that works there is rude and has terrible customer service.. no consistency in their policies. Will not be sending my packages there for pick up anymore.

Pharamcist was nice and knowledgable, they have a lot of variety especially in treats like cookies and chips and everything's pretty clean and well stocked. But what really made me want to write a review was an experience I had a few days ago. I came in looking pretty down after a bad breakup (it was just before my exam too) and one of the staff noticed and asked if everything was ok. I ended up ranting for a while and he was supportive thoughout and listened to the whole thing. He seemed pretty busy with one of those red boxes beside him but never once did I get even a hint of impatience or anything. I probably wouldve failed my exam if I didn't have someone to vent to and cheer me up so thanks so much!!! Best staff ever!

This is the best Pharmacy I have ever visited: the Pharmacists are extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable--obviously experts in their field--, and always remember their customers; the other staff have never been anything but very pleasant and patient (despite how busy it is,... and it can get very busy!) I would recommend them without reservation.

I've been using this pharmacy for years and although they are super busy, I always experience great customer service. I can call and have my prescriptions ready for pick-up in an hour or they have a very convenient delivery service. But most importantly, our family's prescriptions are SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER than using Shopper's drugmart. I actually feel taking advantage of by Shopper's. I have saved 100's by switching all my prescriptions to this Pharmacy. So thank you for all your great service and for being reasonably priced.
