Horrible experience too bad we can’t leave only 0 stars I purchased shoes Saturday evening was told I had 30 days to return , found out quickly Sunday morning the shoes were not going to work for me , went to return them this morning, was told they were used and refused to return them told they were used which they were not , no help ! was told management was off today and were not willing to do anything spent well over 45 mins on the phone with customer service who could do nothing , got a number for head office which just says “unavailable “ every time you call . The shoes are in brand new condition these people need a refresher in customer service ASAP !!!!! Buyer Beware !!!!! Out over $150

The store is good. Staff was very friendly. Good variety. They literally sold me the shoe with their service. Helped me select the shoe as well. Mighty impressed. However durability of the shoe not tested. Will try them out and post an update to the review. Got a very good deal though. Checked online and got it cheaper here.

Great team and actually helped me a lot in deciding what shoes i should buy. I eventually got the Kayano 29 and was assisted in the store to check multiple models in order to get to the right one (and the most comfortable)

Alyssa T helped my husband and myself buy a new pair of shoes. You don’t often come across somebody who actually (and genuinely) wants to help you. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the correct size (which was stressful especially for me). Further, Alyssa had so much knowledge and expertise and provided a lot of insights on the types of shoes. I couldn’t have felt more welcome, supported and respected. She never once forced us to buy but just really wanted us to be happy. Thank you so much Alyssa! :)

My go-to ASICS store in the GTA , staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic. Kudos to “Juanessa” for patiently helping with my questions, sharing options and recommendations. I am happy with my purchase.

Really good options for shoes for wooden courts (ping ping, badminton, volleyball)

There were 3 staff working when I went in and they were all very helpful.I was able to try out diff shoes they have a decent selection and prices vary you can find some reasonably priced items

This review is in relation to ASICS Canada and not necessarily with the ASICS Outlet store. In June 2022 my wife purchased a pair of ASICS Gel Nimbus 23 shoes for me (Father's Day). I only used the shoes on my treadmill and, after a few months, noticed that the shoes were leaving a red residue behind on the treadmill's track. Note that the shoes have a red-coloured bottom sole. Also, because I'm a creature of habit, where I stepped off the treadmill, the shoes also left a red stain. On examining the soles, I saw that there they were wearing out surprisingly fast (after only 4 months). I only walk/jog 5km/day and never took the shoes outside. I have purchased ASICS for years and had never had these issues with previous shoes.I called ASICS Canada with these concerns, sending them photos of my treadmill's track and the shoes' soles. They replied that it is up to ASICS to determine if there is a manufacturing defect in our products... Multiple supervisors and product specialists have reviewed your claim and confirmed there is not a defect present". Needless to say
