The traffic study they did in our neighbourhood was embarrassingly bad. For example they concluded parking was not a problem by basing the study only on data from one Saturday, and ignored the weekdays when the problem in known to occur. It was impossible to tell if the queueing study on the parking garage was done properly because they didn't share the assumptions, however that didn't matter because at that point in the presentation no one believed their numbers anyway.
