Booked and picked up my Ford Maverick from this location. If you go in, speak to Queena. She helped me place an order and kept me updated on order status for a little over a year till my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Good dealership experience overall when it comes to buying a new vehicle.

QUICK response and service from Asim! He was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Upon pick-up, I gave him a late notice but he was still able to work over his availability to finally get the keys on our hands. Great service and staff was very friendly. Place was pretty busy when I arrived. I forgot to mention Jay helped me out and was very thorough. They were able to accommodate my diesel truck on short notice with no appointment. (my fault last minute plans). A couple of local dealers said at least 2-3 weeks till they would be able to book me in. They’re a little out of my way but I’ll most definitely make the trip back here for all my services.

I had an amazing experience at this Ford location. I was interested in buying my first car, a Bronco, and was tended to by Sam to ensure I was able to test drive the car on the same day I sent in an inquiry. Sam was a big help and extremely knowledgable on the car. He gave me a breakdown and a tour, and got everything in order for me so that I could take home the car as soon as it was available. I’m extremely happy with my new car, and am very grateful for the team at East Court Ford for giving me such a pleasant experience when purchasing my new car.

We purchased a used Dodge Promaster from this dealership in early April for business use. Shortly after leaving the lot we learned that the vehicle had been in an accident that resulted in extensive roof damage with a poorly done repair using household paint, styrofoam, and bondo tape. We requested a refund for the vehicle or a swap for an equivalent vehicle, including the additional expenses for installing a ladder rack.6 weeks later, while driving, the brakes on the truck failed completely, we are unable to press the brakes and had to use the emergency brake to stop it. The brakes were allegedly inspected during the safety but the sales rep and manager have so far failed to show us proof of a safety inspection as required by law in Ontario.The sales rep Sam Thapa and manager Vineet have ignored all of our requests. We now have an open OMVIC claim as dealers are required to provide clients with proof of a safety inspection and disclose all past accidents.Stay away from this sleazy dealership unless you too would like an unsafe, damaged vehicle.Update to respond to their response:-you showed me visual damage (a scratch) on the bumper. Nothing like the extensive damage to the roof.-you still have not provided proof of the safety inspection as required by Ontario law despite many attempts to reach Vineet the GM and our sales rep-you offered to take it back but we asked you to cover the cost of the upfit, as we would now be out two upfit costs. Nobody has gotten back to me in 6 weeks. I’ve sent multiple emails and left numerous voicemails-you’re welcome to bring the vehicle back to your dealership. It’s stuck at Kitchener Ford while they try to figure out how to fix the brakes as it’s currently not road worthyIf you actually cared to help you’d probably respond to one of my emails or voicemails, not just a public Google Review

Excellent Service and support from the dealership. I just purchased a new Edge and Asim helped me during the whole process from order to delivery of the vehicle. I was kept informed all the times. Nothing more can be expected when it comes to service. I am happy with my purchase and decision to purchase my vehicle from East Court.

Had a great experience at east court ford Lincoln, great service from a sales representative named Murphy Ma. He was excellent! Was very informative and helpful. Got me onto the truck I wanted and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great dealership to check out.
