Yesterday I had my furnace and AC replaced in my home by reps from Comfort Plus Climate Care. Two services representatives, Braden and Dylan did a great job. They arrived on time and managed to get all their work done by mid afternoon. It was a big job. They were polite, helpful, asked questions as they needed to and made sure that I was comfortable with all my new equipment and its operational functions before they left. They also ensured that any work mess" that was created was completely cleaned up prior to their departure. Today is a hot day and I am running my new AC. I feel a big difference in the coolness of the my home and would highly recommend the service and supports provided to me. Thank you Braden and Dylan

I recently had a new AC, furnace, and water heater installed. Wayne was very curtious and detailed and created a quote for us with a variety of options. We decided to purchase from comfort plus because of the great quote and because they were local to us. Braden and his team were very professional and curtious as well, and we were quite happy with their work. Unfortunately we had a manufacturers error on our Air conditioner, I called the Krissy in the office and Braden was by later that day. A new part was ordered, and Krissy was very accommodating with getting our AC serviced as soon as possible. Joel the technician came by Friday afternoon to make sure our AC was running before the weekend as the first heat wave of the year was approaching.Thanks guys!

Clay came today for the annual furnace check up. He was such a polite knowledgable young gentleman. He explained everything he was doing, and am really glad they sent Clay and hope to see him next year!!!!!

Shawn and his team were amazing. Fast, efficient and the whole team was very professional, and very detailed in their explanations of options and quotes for Heat Pumps, Dual Fuel options for heat/ac, and the duct work involved. Would 100% recommend working with Comfort Plus ClimateCare if you need any HVAC work done in the Brantford and surrounding area. 10/10.

I purchased a complete HVAC replacement: gas furnace, A/C unit, on-demand water heater and water softener at a very reasonable price. I purchased on their very affordable open financing plan.The comfort of my home improved instantly - my older furnace was old, but running fine at the time of the change.The team was on-time and left the site clean when complete and disposed of my old equipment while they were there. They repositioned some of my mechanicals in order to create a better organized space.One issue arose when the water heater was positioned in a spot I didn't expect. After a short discussion, Matt took the time to re-install the item. I am extremely happy with the service from all the ladies & gentlemen of Comfort Plus Heating & Cooling, right from quote to install to sign-off of the finished job.They even were able to recommend other tradespeople for some other small jobs going forward around my home.Thank.

Braden, Matt and Evan were quick to come in and replace our AC unit and Furnace. They were quick, professional, and very knowledgeable on what they were doing. Comfort Plus ClimateCare replaced our 18-year-old furnace and air conditioner with a new Ruud high efficiency furnace and A/C. The installation crew was very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Our new furnace is so much quieter! One less thing to worry about this winter. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with our A/C, I called this company and asked their Hvac technician. I had pretty smooth and nice experience, David was very friendly and skilled. He listened to my issue, patiently answered all my questions, helped to address it. He is pro and made sure that all my demands are covered.
