Ordered $50 dinner using Uber Eats and there was a hair that was partially cooked onto one of my onion rings. Extremely disgusted and dissatisfied do not recommend ordering from here as this is a major food safety concern.

Order was wrong, asked for two sandwiches only got one. Entire service was talked to rudely. Tomatoes on both sandwiches were a mushy mess. After we brought up our issues with the sandwiches they had no consideration to help or give any regard. I am honestly surprised that this is acceptable service.After we asked about the issues with the tomatoes we were discouraged and told they were ripe". the employees wanted to put a new tomato on the burger instead of make a new burger. (the bun was soggy)I've worked multiple years in the food industry and this would not fly in many establishments. You sell quality food you keep customers and many similar reviews are expressing these issues.-Jay"

Repeated my order (2 items) 4 times at the speaker, then twice at the window, then waited 10 minutes parked for them to bring it out…only to get the wrong food. Come on, seriously?

The atmosphere at this A&W is definitely state of the art. The service here is fantastic. The staff was very friendly well groomed with a friendly greeting. Also the food was perfect. Definitely going to advise people to go here.

My family likes A&W over the other fast food chains. Sure it's more expensive than the other chains but you get what you pay for. As for my family we have celiacs in my family so the option to have lettuce wraps and gluten free fries is nice. Other chains do not offer that. As for my ratings of food being 5 star and service being 3 star and atmosphere 3 star. Service is usually pretty fast but I find when we order there are 4 of us in the family we get 2 lettuce wraps and 2 regular burgers they have missed our fries on numerous occasions more than 3 times. Make sure you check your bag. I also called once to tell them and they said I could get a free one next time. Then when I went back another day to get the free fires with another order they told me no and basically said they didn't believe me. So after arguing with them for a while they finally gave in.. The irritating part is I spoke to the manager and told them that she still said no. As for the atmosphere I mean it's not fine dining but for a fast food place it's pretty good and generally clean.
