Jenessa is a physiotherapist working in this place and she is the one treating me.She is professional and amazing. As an experienced practitioner and as a friendly person that provide help and advice.I had a car accident and my back muscles stiff and I was in pain. With almost 15 treatment sessions with her my muscles returned to normal and are way much better now.The ladies at the reception are so flexible andnice.Also I had massage with Zoë. It helped my back muscles to improve too and she is a decent nice person.

Lifemark has been my home away from home while attempting to fix an old injury from a car accident. I am so thankful to have found this place. My physiotherapist Allison has gone above and beyond to help me and after over 10 years of chronic pain I am starting to feel better! My chiropractor Mike also does an outstanding job. He was able to discover that my lower back was having so many issues because of an old injury in my hip flexor! I recently tried dry needling with Nicholas and it was WONDERFUL! I will definitely be booking in with him again. Oh and I had a great massage from Alix once as well! The ladies at the front are always so welcoming and friendly. Everyone here work together as a team and it really shows. Seriously love this place! 5 STARS all the way!!!!!!!!!

Mike Kristoff is the best chiropractor I ever seen. He listens well, takes his time to explain the best plan of action and possible treatment pathways to get to the core of issues. Affable, professional and natural.The clinic has a friendly environment and the staff are kind and professional. Thank you!

I wanted to find a place closer to where I live and I was very impressed with the company. They treat you like human beings and everything is done well and professionally with sound expert advice. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Nick was fantastic with me and look forward to my next visit!

I have been seeing Dr. Kristoff for the last 5 years now. He is the first chiropractor that I could trust. He has miraculous hands that heals the pain instantly after each visit. I am scared of manual adjustment so he uses adjustor but this works well for me. I highly recommend Dr. Kristoff for anyone who is looking for a good chiropractor.

I thought this place would be great because of all the 5 star reviews I read on here but unfortunately I was wrong. Arrived on time (2pm) for my 1st dry needling appointment & was left waiting in the reception area for 35+ minutes with no acknowledgment/answer as to why it was taking so long to get me in. I completely understand that sometimes appointments run later with other patients but this was totally unacceptable as well as unprofessional due to the fact that the person dry needling didn't even make an effort to come out and at least speak to me regarding what was going on. The manager Allison did leave a voice-mail later on apologizing but didn't offer any sort of discount if I was to return (which I am definitely not) wasted my afternoon driving across the city and taking the day off work and left with more neck/back tension than when I had arrived. The receptionist was courteous and professional but that doesn't redeem what was a very disappointing experience overall. I now understand why they got me booked in" much quicker than other places in the city with longer wait times. I will now be looking elsewhere in the city for a more established location to get my dry needling done even if it takes awhile to get booked in. 0/5 stars do not recommend."

Mike Kristoff is the best chiropractor! He is personable, professional and very down to earth. He always listens to my “issues” and treatment plans accordingly. I have been seeing him for years and didn’t hesitate to follow him when he switched to Lifemark from another clinic. The receptionists are fantastic - very friendly.

Mike Kristoff is the best Chiropractor I have seen. I feel down the stairs and injured my tail bone and was all out of place. Kristoff has been working on fixing my back and every time I go there I feel much better! I will continue to go to him and recommend him to all of my friends and family.Also, the receptionists are always really nice!

Madi is great. Gives you exercises that challenge you and sincerely wants you to get back to the level of activity you were at before the injury. Give that girl a raise.
