5 stars for what it is honestly. We mainly stopped here because it was affordable and PET FRIENDLY. On that note, they don’t provide anything for your pet but the gas station nearby does have anything you may have forgotten. The walls here are very thin — so if you didn’t train your dog please save others the headache. I really like that we could just take our pet through the patio door, very convenient. The staff is very kind.

Get what you pay for here. Hardly a continental breakfast (toast, coffee, cereal, yogurt). And rooms aren't bad but walk around in there for 10 minutes and check the bottoms of your feet, they will be black with dirt. Obviously hasn't been mopped in a while.

Nice hotel! Decent breakfast. Close to a good restaurant. There were birds in the front hall which was an interesting touch.

Instead of dealing with Quebec City traffic I chose this location and I'm glad I did. Friendly front staff, clean and spacious room (1 bed not two to be fair), I haven't had the continental breakfast yet but if I don't update this review it was decent.

I will never be back! If I could give the service negative 5 stars I would. We pulled off the highway at 3am being tired from driving so long and found this hotel. As soon as I walked in the guy looked annoyed, no hi, how are you, nothing. I asked if they had a room and he's like yeah, I asked what the rate was he didn't say anything, took a bit to look it up then was like credit card?" I gave it to him he printed a paper and said sign and pointed to the line. We go up and get in the room where I realize he didn't ask what room type we wanted. We had 2 double beds

Enjoyed our stay... comfortable beds..bar fridge in room.. coffee machine...great water pressure... breakfast was yummy what was offered... could have more options... clean rooms... friendly staff...easy check in...and out...lots of parking.

Nice hotel and conveniently located near the highway. Clean rooms and very very helpful staff. Our kid dropped a ring in the basin and the front office staff promptly called maintenance within 30 mins on a Sunday (day after Canada day) to help find it!! Special mention for Mr. Etienne Morin (front desk staff) who helped us a lot. It was his frst day, but he handled the situation very prefessionally. Greatly appreciated and thankful for the hospitality.

This hotel was great. Everything was very clean and nice. We had a dog with us and were put on the first floor with a sliding door out to the parking lot which was really convenient. A few days later I’m at a different one and the quality is terrible, so just know not all Days Inns are the same quality! But this is a good one.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The location was easily accessible and in a very pleasant location. The room was clean and comfortable.
