The audiologist Andy is very polite and professional. Even after my test results came back as regular hearing, he sat down with me to listen to my concerns and offer advice. He also let me know I could follow up with him if I had any further questions. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way.

Felt like I was at a car dealership. All kinds of pricing games and manipulation. I went elsewhere (not HearingLife) and had a much better experience. Note: Obvious fake reviews here! (Eg people with one review only)

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff there. I tried two types of hearing aids and learned that the first recommendation was the best for me. Unfortunately due to cost, I did not proceed but if my circumstances were to change I would certainly go back to this audiologist.

Jessica was professional and personable during my visit. She clearly explained the hearing test process from start to finish and reviewed my results with me. The office staff were friendly and made me feel welcome during my visit.

I found the office welcoming and the two audiologists, Tami and Rebeccawere helpful and knowledgeable and encouraging. They were thoroughin their explanations. I am a client trying a one month free hearing aid andam returning to ask more questions.

I was very nervous about my first time going for help as I had heard many unhappy stories about discouraging experiences. It took me some time to finally do something, so after some research I decidedHearing Life was the one I could trust to take care of me best. I'm happy to say, I believe I've made the rightchoice. My positive visit was the result of friendly, courteous, and informative service. I was told what to do with the results of my hearing test. The explanation as to what my hearing test results indicated was clear and easy to understand. What will possibly/likely happen as I age was explained clearly with no pressure to purchase hearing aids. Andy told me he would make a follow-up phone in a week to see how I made out with my follow-up doctor’s appointment.

I didn't think that I would need to go to the hearing clinic again to get my ears cleaned again so soon but HearingLife Canada came through again. They checked my ears and I still had a little bit of earwax in my ear. They recommended an ear flush in the drugstore downstairs and it worked!!! Not only did Christine and Leah give great service but they were genuinely concerned about the health of my hearing. HearingLife Canada once again provided consistently great service no matter what location you go to. It's a great alternative to other hearing clinics because they care and are professional.
