Collier Terrace
Very old and expensiveEven the units are renovated but everything else is too old and not function well , like the elevator which keeps stopping every few weeks and out of service for another few weeks, so if you are senior or have babies with stroller or even have your shopping cart full of groceries, it will be very hard to use the stairs to reach your apartment.
