Phoned GAC to inquire about my fridge and if it was a fixable issue or I should buy a new one....The man I spoke with was extremely helpful, gave me suggestions of what he thought it could be and how I can troubleshoot it myself to see if that works. Extremely helpful and honest, and I really did appreciate his advice when he could have sent a technician and a bill instead. If the suggestions don't work, I will most definitely call back and have a second look from one of their technicians!!

Awesome service. Friendly staff. Decent prices they were able to find a part that no big box stores could get even online to order in. They got the part I needed within a few days. Very impressed. Keep up the good work.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a wide selection of products from top brands.I recently bought a refrigerator from them and was very pleased with the whole experience. Fantastic service. They estimated close to a week for my repair, and it was ready only a few days later! I brought coffee and donuts for them as I was thankful to have a working oven again!

In and out in no more than 10 minutes. I didn't have my dryers manufacturer number or seriel number but explained my issue and described my dryer. Got the repair kit and traveled back home to install just hoping it was right, and it was. Dryer is purring like a kitten again. Great service!!

Excellent service! They answer their phone, tell you the information on the part, sell the part at a competitive price, when I went to pick the part up they even installed it (in their shop). After watching the installation on YouTube, I really appreciated that install portion. Great experience, thank you.

Been told for almost a year that they need a part to test my fridge. A PART NEEDED TO TEST! FOR A YEAR! The most recent update was in June. They said 2 weeks. Still nothing. It's August. No follow up phone call. Nothing. Do no deal with this company.
