We placed our order in between Covid lock downs. Our order took longer than expected, but well worth the wait. Comfortable couch, colour is perfect! Customer service is out of this world. Will purchase again without a doubt. I would recommend to friends and family. The couch is quite large was difficult to take a full length picture.

Alfredo and the whole team did a great job helping us pick out and design the perfect couch for our family room. That included deciding on the correct size, colour, and style right down to the colour of the legs. The whole experience was fantastic. And the fact that it was ready early was a bonus! Julian and Mike took great care of our new house during delivery careful not to do any damage, and removing all the packing.The leather is beautiful and spectacular in the room. I highly recommend them for your leather products.

I am completely satisfied with all aspects of my purchase of a leather sofa from Boss Leather Furniture. The entire transaction was straight-forward and professional, from walking through the company website through conversations with Alfredo, choice of leather (the latter facilitated by a selection of leather samples sent to me and further discussions with Alfredo), updates on manufacturing, shipment of the sofa to my location (the packaging of the sofa was thorough, to say the least, and it arrived in pristine condition), and follow-up discussions with Alfredo. I had no issues at any point, perhaps all the more impressive because this was all done remotely. The company also provided an impressive package of leather treatments, at no additional cost. Highly, highly recommended.

All Boss Leather staff are great, however our main contact Alfredo made the selection and design process exceptionally pleasant.Our Maxwell Sofa (Pompeii Vesuvius leather) arrived ahead of schedule and has been a showpiece in our home ever since. Deciding to buy something this significant from Ontario when you live in the Vancouver area of BC is not a quick and easy decision, but Alfredo was amazing during sales process helping us with leather styles and colours and other options and decisions we needed to make. He was always quick with responses via email and great to talk to on the phone and by the time we knew what we were doing, we had no doubts that we were going to get something incredible that would last a lifetime!Dealing with Rob on the production team was amazing as well. The guys know their leather furniture and are a total pleasure to deal with.They sent us photos of the finished product to make sure we were happy with what had been built before they were shipped across the country, and though they looked great in the photos, when we received the chairs and the packaging was coming off in our living room, I was blown away by how great they looked in person. Just stunning and you can see and feel the quality! We couldn’t be more happy.If you want the best, go with Boss. They’ll treat you right and you’ll end up with an heirloom piece of furniture! Today I went to Boss Leather to get leather protectant, several years after buying a beautiful leather sofa and loveseat. I am as pleased today with the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture as I was the day that it was bought. What is even more impressive was the customer service I received today by Alfredo. Although the money I spent today was nothing in comparison to when I bought the furniture, his friendliness and attention to detail was no different,

After searching endlessly for the couch I wanted, it appeared difficult to find what I was looking for, until I went to Boss Leather in Bolton. I was taken back by the various pieces they had but, more so, the quality of craftsmanship and selection. I found the perfect couch and with Alfredo’s help, I was able to customize it to exactly how I wanted it. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided his undivided attention during our appointment. It did take a bit longer to receive my couch however, the wait was worth it. The delivery was swift and the couch was placed exactly where I needed it. At each point of contact, my questions were answered in a timely fashion and with pleasure. I love my couch and have received several compliments.
