Our daughter 11 started going there with her team this past summer and we have continued on for sessions on our own. My daughter loves going there and seeing her skating improve. Fantastic service by the whole team there.

I love the practices and the idea of using a treadmill to simulate skating on the ice! The practices are very fun and I can practise lots of different skills.

We've taken both of our kids to the Skating Lab for work on their strides. Jake and the other instructors have done a great job identifying inefficiencies in their mechanics and getting them to focus on corrective measures. We've seen a significant improvement on the ice for both. Highly recommend this group.

Great experience for my son. Staff noticed right away that his skates didn’t fit properly. We bought new skates with Staffs feedback/insights & saw positive results immediately on the ice. Jake is extremely enthusiastic & positive. He pushes my son & gets him out of his comfort zone, as a result he gets the most out of every session. Would highly recommend.

The Skating Lab and its staff provide hockey players opportunities to improve their performance with exciting and efficient skills and drills. Instructors provide clear feedback and are consistent in their training. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Packages are simple and fair. Will keep coming back!

The Skating Lab has really helped our daughter improve her stride and get more speed and power. The instructors are fun and supportive. My daughter has been a number of times now and the instructor always remembers her and is able to pick up where they left off - pushing her to challenge herself. It's hard work on the treadmill but my daughter has fun.

My three boys have had True skates fitted by Jeff and Jake for several seasons now; we are in the double digits by now! The intimate knowledge, of skating and skate construction, brought to bear by Jeff is next level, and his attention to the unique needs of the individual skater is hard to replicate. The advice and guidance of The Skating Lab is well warranted, and heeded, by our family of skaters.
