Had a great experience buying my first car here! Mohamed was amazing throughout every step of the process and made sure I understood everything! He really made me feel very confident in my purchase. Even picking up my car today was a great experience. As Mohamed was helping another customer when I came to pick up, Jad was very helpful getting me through the final few steps, and made sure no questions were left unanswered. Jad introduced me to Ted, in the service department, who was able to give me a great breakdown on how their department operates. Overall a really fantastic team of people, who really aim to make sure your experience is a great one!!

I learned about AutoEdge because they had a great promo for spring detailing, which we had never done and desperately needed. While there, I spoke with Ted Cameron and learned that they not only do excellent and thorough detailing, but servicing, collision, and sales! I went back for servicing soon after. I really appreciate that Ted explains things well, takes the time to answer questions, has a focus on safety, goes above & beyond for our old vehicle, and ultimately, wants to do the job right and leave the customer 110% satisfied. Excellent customer service and professionism. I felt like a valued and appreciated customer, not what you always get at a 'service' centre. Thank you, Ted and AutoEdge!

I had heard of the good reputation of the Tony Graham Group and was not disappointed when I travelled from Kingston to view their inventory. I found the prices fair and they made a straight forward deal when I decided to purchase a Lexus for a surprise gift for my wife. I felt they respected my time and appreciated I had travelled from out of town. I found the upper management quite easy and professional to deal with in order to satisfy their customers should any reasonable problem arise. The dealership was clean, modern and classy. Everyone I met was friendly. From the moment I opened the door and was greeted by the reception I felt like a valued customer. The customer lounge was well stocked with a nice variety of hot beverages which I appreciated. For someone who doesn’t leave reviews, this one can’t go without saying. Jad gave my wife and I the 6 star service you wouldn’t expect. He is super polite, straight forward and a down to earth guy that does all the extra effort and legwork to relieve any of the stress that goes into buying a car! I live 2.5 hrs away and saw a vehicle advertised on AutoTrader that was being sold by AutoEdge. I sent a message and received a quick response via email along with a phone number that I could text. I verified the car was still available and made the drive. In total I test drove 3 that I was cross-shopping (luckily for me they had all of them)Artur was awesome to deal with. Right to the point, no BS, and set me up on the test drives. I ended up pulling the trigger that same day. They took care of all of my questions/concerns, worked with me on a deal and I left feeling great about the purchase.Picking up the car was just as simple. The car looked amazing and was ready to go by the time I got there. I would absolutely buy another car here. Thanks again to Artur, Chris, and the receptionist as well, my Audi RS3 is awesome!

I bought a Prius here in the fall (love it!) and brought it in today for first servicing. Ted explained that they examined my brakes but they didn't need any work. Made me happy! Definitely recommend this business. Excellent service.
