I.D.A. - Heritage Pharmacy

This is a pharmacy where customer service and education is their number one priorty. The staff always remember you and your family by name and Steve, the owner, is always there to answer questions you have about the medications prescribed. I would give them 10 stars if that were possible.

Steve and his team provide the absolute best customer service. They greet you by name and show genuine care for their customers. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, personable and reliable. Definitely recommend this pharmacy!

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 20 years now. He is the best. Fortunately, I rarely need the pharmacy these days. However, on the occasions I do go in, he ALWAYS remembers me by name. A very genuine personal experience. Steve and his team should be training other service providers on how to deliver excellent customer service.

Heritage pharmacy offers an unmatched, high quality service. They are the best pharmacy I have ever been to - even when having to choose a new pharmacy, I find myself looking for an independent one, in hopes that it will be as good as Heritage. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating. At times when I have been in need of extra medications, before having a refill for the prescription, they have understood my emergency and have forwarded me medication as accommodation. They are thoughtful, considerate, and truly care about their clients. This is the best pharmacy in all of Markham - their customer service is unparalleled.

Steve is by far the best Pharmacist I have had to take care of my prescription needs. I walk in and he greets me by my first name, he truly cares about is customers. I would recommend Steve without any hesitation.I especially like that he treats my wife with the same respect.
