So disappointing. Windows, door jams partial cleaning and cup holders and door storage missed completely. Paid for gold service, got brass. Getting worse as time goes by. Have been using them for years but feel it's time to look elsewhere.

This place could learn from Royal Oak Car Wash. Make it 24hr, add drive thru wash bays, double the price. Make a station rinse only because not everyone think soap is good for the environment. It’s a hot Sunday in June and I’ve been waiting 20 minutes to wash my car for 3mins. Remind where other car washes are.

I have been here three times now, and it is never cleaned properly. I didn't expect it, but the windows still had an interior dog drool. The seats weren't cleaned properly, still dirt on them. Only then thing appropriately done is a vacuum. Please do not pay for the gold package as they do not wash your tires any differently, and my wheels have always been dirty.My HUGE issue is in the picture this is a brand new jeep with not many km’s on it and this is the spare tired in the back and it is It covered in scratches since the tire wasn't used; I do not know how that happened. The employee also said they use a brush to clean the wheels, but I did not notice the scratches until I got home and was washing my wheels properly as they don't. I highly doubt that anything will be done about it.

Went to this car wash thinking it was a typical auto car wash. However, I was surprised to find a full service wash. The employee's send your car through and give it a thorough pre-spray before it goes through the auto wash. Then they give a wipe down/dry when it comes out. Quite a good service for the price. Considering other car washes charge the same prices, but less service. Overall very impressed.

I went for a gold service yesterday, and I was not disappointed! This is not a detail shop. This is a great, quick option for a surface clean, and the price reflects that. In and out in 15 mins, and the team did a job that would have taken me over an hour. The exterior was certainly well taken care of- better than most of the other local automatic washes. My interior was a mess before coming in, and they vacuumed all loose debris, including dog hair. It’s true they don’t get the details, or leave the car squeaky clean. That level of service is upwards of $100 dollars. Here, the value is great and I was so impressed with the quick and friendly service! I will certainly return again anytime I need a surface clean and don’t have the time or patience to do it myself. If I want a deep clean of the interior, I’ll take it to a detail shop and will pay $200+

Staff very friendly and efficient, but perhaps because they didn’t vacuum all the Smutz off the seats or the floor. It seems like a $25 “full wash” would include wiping the panels on the doors and the dash, but when I asked about it they said they just don’t do that. The outside was clean, but I could have done that myself for a few coins…

I hate leaving negative reviews but this was my second time trying this place and it was just as bad as the first time. Staff was great and friendly but the cleaning was not sufficient. There were a lot of areas that felt like they weren’t even touched, lots of dirt on the mats still and rag fibres left all over the truck, the back window wasn’t even touched and the seats were still a mess. I got the highest tier cleaning as it was for a photoshoot, it’s a decent price for what you get but not worth the hassle if they aren’t going to do a proper clean and pay attention to basic details. I still had to do a fair amount myself.

These guys are the best! I spent 38$ and my escalade literally looks better than when I spent 300 to get it detailed. And the wax and protection products kept the escalade clean for anout 2-3 weeks after no joke. Pictures are from after 2 weeks of no washing

I've always enjoyed great service at Victoria Car Wash. This time it was a total waste of $32. I didn't check before I left, but there were dog prints left on the leather seats, windows were streaky, mats weren't wiped down, dirt smeared on the hatchback. It seemed like they were using dirty rags to wipe everything down. Disappointing, because my car had been detailed about a month before that and I thought it would come out sparkling. I don't think all go back after this experience.
